Got another update for you guys, and I know it's not what you all want to hear, but here it is anyway.

Hi Alex,

Thanks for being patient while I investigated your account. I was able to determine  that this issue is account related. More specifically, it's related to the user's Xbox  Gamertag, which causes the freezing in question. Microsoft and Bioware are working  diligently to identify the root cause of the problem as we speak.

At this time, the only available workaround would be to create a new Gamertag to play  Mass Effect 3. I know this is not ideal, but it's best I can offer at this time until  Microsoft and Bioware determine a better resolution.

Are they going to be paying for our second Online Pass?

That's unlikely Justin, I'm sure he only meant to play single player, since playing multiplayer would be poinltess onece this is fixed.  All of those unlocks for naught.

There are two things I hate: my pessimism, and it being right. When I said Bioware had no idea what was wrong, and were trying to shuffle us to the side, I was honestly just trying to antagonize some Bioware rep into posting. I was looking for a "shut up chuckle-head, we're working on it"

....No I feel really bad. Granted we did get a "shut up chuckle-head, we're working on it."...but we also got a "we have no idea what's going on."
I mean I got another reply from my e-mail ticket and apparently the secret is to enter the Contra Lives Code, and I'l get x99 extra Shepards. Not sure how it helps, but at this point I doubt this will get fixed. I'm just going to start cataloging all the funny fixes Bioware has suggested.

So you gave him your email and password to use your gamertag to test?  Are you allowed to use yours right now? IIRC, you can't recover your GT if its being used by someone else, on another console, at the same time.

 The thread on us receiving compensation for not being able to participate in last weekend's N7 challenge has finally received a response from BioWare.  Not exactly what I was hoping for though but it's better than silence.

No, I've got full access still.  They've already gotten what they needed, and I've already re-secured my GT again. Think that they probably just recovered it to a console, then went offline with it.
