Sounds like, until recently, we didn't have repro steps and didn't know how to track this down. Resante has been hugely helpful with all of this, and has enabled us to deepen investigations.

Hopefully there will be more news soon, but it likely won't come from me. We'll see... ;)

As stated by some... for those who missed out completely because of this and for those like me that didn't but can't download the new MP packs we earned, will there be some form of compensation or way to download the packs after their expiration if htis problem is not fixed?

Compensation for N7 Challenge Weekend - Operation: Goliath

Dozens of your customers are unable to play your game due to a game-breaking bug that causes the game to freeze at the "press start" screen.  Because of this glitch we are unable to play the game and therefore are unable to participate in this weekend's N7 Operation Goliath challenge and reap the rewards. 

This is no fault of our own and we should not be punished because of a faulty product.  I ask that those of us that are suffering please either be given another opportunity to participate in this challenge shortly after the issue has been resolved or be given the rewards as compensation for the gameplay time that was lost due to this bug.

All the users posted above would surely appreciate some compensation for missing out on the N7 Challenge (Operation Goliath) and/or not being able to claim their rewards.

hey guys just wanted to say that i have the same problem was fine yesterday but now wont work, have just spent 2 hours talking online with a ea tech person and all he could tell me is that i would have to claim against the warrenty and get a new disc.
