The robot dog we get in the CE sounded cool too... Most useless thing in the ME galaxy though. Doesn't do anything but lie down and occasionally walks back and forward.

I kept expecting it to show a holo on top of Anderson saying "Help me obi-wan Shepard. You're our only hope."

Oh hey EA finally got back to me again after a couple days. they said 'try playing on another console.'

Then they told me not to e-mail them anymore and instead reference their website for further assistance. What fantastic customer service. XD

All the users posted above would surely appreciate some compensation for missing out on the N7 Challenge (Operation Goliath) and/or not being able to claim their rewards.

props on your list and I see it has grown some. which in a way is good because we may have a better chance of getting something. The bad side is that more people are getting this horrible glitch, and can't play their games.

The list is no indication of real numbers, getting on the forums is a pain in the ass and most people will sit back and let the voices of those on here already speak for them.
i know i almost did, the whole couldn't revocer my password delay for 2 days, plus the registraion to post etc.
I would imagine at very minimum it would be a multiplication factor of 70. (i.e. for every 1 report 70 others suffer). Also it would be diminishing returns wouldn't it, "Ah theres plenty of people on the list, i'll keep checking their posts, no need for me to sign up".
This bug is reallly, really cheesing me!!!!! Replace cheesing with every haenus expletive you can imagine and then some more............!!!!  


Now stand back while i practice my stabbing for a convention i heard about!!

Well some of us like here, can't even BOOT the darn game.  So yeah "pansie smansies who can play 98% of their game sans one side mission"

Starting to get impatient at this point.  I wanted to enjoy ME3 FOR THE WEEKEND you know.

The longer this goes on the more I am getting peed off with Bioware. Firstly for not letting us know what the hell is going on and secondly (and more importantly) WHY THEY HAVE NOT FIXED THIS ALREADY.

Now I know why you put up that new rule...

Effective immediately there is a zero tolerance policy on any form of abuse towards staff, moderators or other Community members.

... which makes me wonder if you actually knew this had a possibility of occurring.

I've never sued anyone in my entire life... never even THOUGHT of suing anyone. Sure thinking about it now and I've got all three Collector Editions of the Mass Effect series.

Hell, I bought my first Xbox 360 JUST to play Mass Effect. Bought my first original Xbox just to play Knights of the Old Republic. Played the hell out of Neverwinter Nights and Balders Gate I. You could say that I was a real Bioware fan... They have definitely soured the song as the Rachni queen would put it. Remember you are only as good as your last product.

I hear they are thinking of renaming the title, "Mass Effect 3: Stories From The Black Hole".

You can add my name to the list as well. Last time I was able to play was last Sunday. Earned my challenge rewards but haven't been able to log in since to claim them.

Tried all the bull**** fixes, deleted and recovered my gamertag, cleared my cache, reset both router and modem, etc. Still nothing.
Been following this thread since about page 20 or so, finally decided to register and post about it.

Its pretty sad, I've bought and played the hell out of almost every game Bioware has made since Baldur's Gate, and it's looking like this is fonna be the game that ends the run.

I don't see my name on there but have also been down for about a week. I have posted before but it was awhile ago. Unfortunately I am starting to believe this may only get fixed if our numbers grow. Sad!

Hey Guys, there is no point of keep complaining and saying bad stuff about Bioware or even talking about compensation.
I am a huge fan of ME, I have 2 characters saved from ME1, the same ones from ME 2 (imported from ME1), so I think it shows how eager I was, to play ME 3 with my characters.
What happened happened (I have personnally not been able to play since March 10th, I called several times EA, I tried all the fixes, I even created a second gamertag etc etc...).
Now I believe it is a matter of keeping our request to Bioware alive, constructive and respectful, until they fix it. I will consider myself happy the day it is fixed. I don't expect any conpensation, I expect the glitch to be fixed, an move on from there.

^^ Venting is useful, and I think they are lucky it is relatively civil in here. Who knows how long that will last. I don't know if I'll be happy when it is fixed, maybe satisfied. I spent money on the game expecting to play it when I wanted to, not at some undetermined time in the future.

That list is just a few. There are more people that haven't even posted yet as they are waiting. IE my brother and two of my friends. I haven't seen any new response yet from Bioware (recently). I NEVER thought I'd be thinking this but I'm losing my faith in them... Never thought this would be my last game from them... I'm quit depressed about it.

All it takes is a little communication with your customers to keep us at bay. Give us updates!!  If I ran my company like this oooh boy I'd be screwed and be reported to the BBB or worst sued!

So Bioware do the right thing and give us updates on what your doing and FIX this freaking problem!!
