Just found out i have this same problem, its really sad because mass effect is my favorite series of games but im considering returning my mass effect 3 copy due to this problem that bioware has still neglected to fix.

Why would they fix our small issue, when there are game breaking bugs still out there?  Like the GA bug (fixed now) or the face import bug, and all the other ones that break the game and don't let you play it.

They didn't, they added the quotes.  So it's the first thing you see in the first post of the thread.

Well...just wrapped up my insanity play thru....and doesn't look like this will be patched until the end of April....so I suppose that's about it for ME 3 for me.

they'll probably be a horde of retake people there so not sure you'd get the chance if you went.

i'd be surprised if the ME team is all that accessible.

Just do the user fix already.  Me and the others, more recently the Elcor guy, are enjoying it. =)

I'll probably perform the "community fix" tomorrow as I'm tired of missing out on these challenges and I'm pretty sure EA/BioWare doesn't give a da** about making it up to us.

This whole time, I thought you did it along with Resante? You were waiting during this time?

I'm just enjoying my SP so far. depressing stuff, lol =p. Quarians/Geth, Thessia etc....

Need to play some KATAMARI to cheer me up =)

So, what exactly do I stand to lose by doing the community fix? I know that I would lose progress towards achievements, but how about the goodies I've unlocked up to this point? I've grown to like some of the character unlocks and I find playing with the default weapons to be simply miserable.
