I just ran into this black hole 3 days ago. I finally decided that i should post my problem to show that there is another person affected. I have never turned my xbox off before save completes, actually I always go to Xbox home to turn it off. I'm sorry to say but I will be breaking up with you bioware/EA. There is to much in this industrythat is going so wrong, the money grabs, game breaking glitches, games being obsolete after two years.. It is not a good time to be a gamer. I will treasure the past.The only good news about this was I finished the story, and now will not have this game bother me for studying for exams, and give more time to my significant other.

Just thought people may want to know. Did Resante's fix (brilliant) and have been playing again for about a week. Not 5 minutes ago, game froze and it happened again. Time for the fix again.

Seems to happen to a few people. Our profiles can differ in information and code.

I fixed mine the first time, and been playing since.

I just hit 100% readiness using the iOS apps. It makes me sad to think that I've actually played infiltrator and data pad more than I've actually gotten to play the actual full game. fit it already!

Ya the fix did not work for me. It went past the planet and then froze at the start button screen and went black

I wonder how many of us there are with this bug. The group has 123 members, but of course BSN is only a small fraction of the total player base. So... maybe 1000 total? 2000? Even more?! And more every day, for sure...

i think its actuate to take the groups numbers and multiply them by 10 so around 1230 though it could easily become more

The sad thing is some people playing ME3 don't have internet access (I know its a small % but still) that wont be able to download the patch to fix this (if there ever is one).

I was an player who got the bug while offline, though I did play abo utan hours worth of multiplayer the night previously *then another hour or two after playing the multiplayer)

We got new seasons of Mad Men and Game of Thrones - I can still wait for a patch.

Just got back from working away from home for two weeks and gutted to see, absolutely nothing has changed. I dont know of any other business that can take £70 (collectors edition) of your money for a product that doesn't work and get away with doing f**k all about it.
Worst case of public relations/customer support i have ever experienced.
Devs get your f***ing heads out of the sand and tell us when we can play the game or give me a full refund

3 more days until 1 month anniv. of my black screen. SO, when do we get lawyers involved? EA, worst company in 'merica indeed. Bioware? I guess they're along for the ride as well. These two company's are bunch of god damn thief's. WHERE THE **** IS OUR PATCH!!!!

wow Grissom Academy got a lot more updates then we have this is ridiculous. Think I might file a FTC complaint I know im probably never gonna buy a Bioware game again. I'll miss their games but This is just the worst service I have ever seen. Would like to stop buying EA games but that's like half of the gameing world

When I first got this problem, I did a quick web search and found an article on videogameswritter.com about it. Since then I've been keeping tabs on it, just to see if they get anything new. A recent comment there from a player who just recently got the bug said he had called EA support and they told him they were aware of the problem and a fix would be available in "some days".
Im not sure if this is a good or bad term, but at least it's better than silence.

Well I think its asking a lot for all of the EA support team to even be on the same page, as of a few days ago someone posted here that they had him format his hard drive.
