I talk again to the support of polish department of microsoft he help me to block and protect my xbox live account but anyway he told me that they never heard about black screen problem (in Poland). He promised to wrote to the relevant section so maybe in next week I will have some news about black screen...

You might be posting forever then. It wouldn't surprise me if Bioware never fix this problem. Mine has broken two times now and i'm just about to fix it for the second time. I'm waiting for the time it breaks and won't fix at all - and i won't be surprised when it happens. 

Edit: Something i noticed with mine - every time it's black holed has been after i've got an achievement.

First time i'd just completed the game on the hardest dificulty for the Insanity achievement and finished off by starting a NG+ to get Battle Scarred, then switched off for the night. Next time i load up - game freezes and i start getting the black hole every time.

Second time was today - i got the Veteran achievement last night, finished up for the night. Load up the game today and black hole. 

I don't know whether it's relevant or not, but i've sure as hell been lucky with it  (completeing two of the hardest achievements JUST before my console black holes and i'm forced to reset their progress). Well, as lucky as you can be when your copy of ME3 has black holed multiple times .

Used to be proud to buy bioware games used to get quality. Now its worse then asking a carnival for a smokes. And used 2 be proud it was canadian now all we seem to have is ubisoft sad how good companies fall so fast...

I don't think many of us in this thread are going to buy another Bioware game again. I mean, Bioware has to realize that, right? They realizing they're losing customers. They just don't care.

And here I thought nobody could trump new vegas for glitchest game for the first year of its release. Can't believe it happened this generation. This worse then watching redneck fight night. Uggh FIX I've waited 5 weeks come on!!!

Just finished Resante's fix. Worked like a charm. On the of chance anyone is as computer illiterate as I am (which is highly unlikely) and is having problems, I thought I would mention that I was unable to open either of the programs before downloading .Net framework 2.0 and 3.5. I would also like to give my heartfelt thanks to Resante who was able to correct a problem in a matter of days which has stumped EA/Bioware for over a month. If this is a typical example of his problem-solving abilities, I highly recommend sending him overseas to see if he can try his hand at diffusing regional tensions in the middle east.

Haha we need to start a Ressante fan club.  Where do you hang your Ressante poster


I'm just glad the Witcher 2 happen to come out so soon after this utter faliure.  Still can't play here due to having a Mac, don't really want to have to grab a friends laptop everytime the game bricks. 

*Seems like the mods and Bioware have basically told us to **** off, haven't seen any updates in quite awhile.

Bio****s. I'm a huge gamer. This don't get fixed canadian or I will not buy it. And I will make sure the whole province I'm in doesn't buy there games. I aint kidding. This is a rediculiously flawed product that shouldn't have this happen. Spend more time doing the actual work bioware. Instead of marketing and making it a cash cow when did bioware start using infinity ward as a template? And when did mass effect become another call of duty? This year and if they want 2 get me back loyal they have work 2 do. If this aint fixed by the end dlc I'm done **** mass effect I have better games 2 play.

well i did the fix and was able to play the game with my friends today. Still ticks me off that i had to fix it myself. Ty Ressante for makeing this fix and ty to EG Neomorph for the download

Why should we have to fix something that Bioware caused?
