Ya justin I know how you feel I've been waiting 2 months, bought all dlc, all the mass effect collector and then now I feel like I'm getting **** on. I played kotor, and baldurs gate, and then this happens. All I can say is don't give up hope yet. They may have 2 dig deeper into this then meets the eye. We don't know for sure. We know we can fix it doesn't mean that it won't cause some mayhem in other sorts. If it aint fixed by this summer I'll never buy a bioware product again if I have 2 fix this problem myself.

Forgot that KotOR and Baulder's Gate were made by BioWare. It's a shame I likely won't be buying any future BioWare titles.

yeah know what you mean KotOR was awesome, and I did enjoy the ME games but after this I'm probably not gonna buy another bioware game. Unless they either give us compensation or one of their future games becomes like the greatest game in all of existence,which i highly doubt will happen, I'll probaly never paly a bioware game agin which does make me a little sad. Well at least I still have elder scroll games like skyrim.

wow I know 20seconds isn't much but still why would they do that to the people that actually buy DVDs. It makes no sense to me. thats definatly gonna increase their sells.

BTW I found my old USB drive but apparently it's not compatible with my Xbox 360.

Ya man this problem has been here the whole time I've been here since 2 weeks after launch. Ongoing problem and I refuse 2 play more money 2 fix it so just wait on them 2 fix this crap.

Anyway as stated. Resante AKA "THE CATALYST" has given you options to choose from. I won't force you, as its all your choice. Do the fix yourself (and also feel more confident in your own PC skills doing it), or try to wait. But it's been very long at that.
I had mentioned in my PM that I beat the game, and redid those insanity/Veteran achievements in the time span that this bug has still lingered. So I was glad I did. I'm on a second playthrough now, femshep. But most of the time I spent on MP, including this weekends event.
Consider your options! I even saw the Catalyst playing MP earlier the other day =).

That sucks. More people are getting it seemingly every day. It's an unacceptable blindspot in the game's design that won't go away until Bioware fixes it. In theory, you've come at a good time as we are theoretically closer to a fix...

I understand, thats your choice, but as I said its an open option, and all the others who fixed theirs felt great about it. Feeling bitter at BW is understandable, but taking initiative and action on your own doesn't feel bad either.
lol btw are you the user on many pages ago who said you were staying at farm house or something and were many miles away from a store to buy USB drives? staying in a rural area?

yeah that was someone else and they ended up buying a USB and doing the fix if i remember right.
