I would agree with you. But I'm sure me and afew others tried that around page 42 ish and they just got mad. But at this point it definitely feels like we need to do something to be heard.

Page 42 was when the fix was released,  it does not look like they were actually planning to take the fight to bioware.  I have begun to post comments on other unrelated threads about this problem and will continue and expand until we get recognition and an ETA on the official fix.

I haven't checked here in... probably a couple months now. Disappointing that, at least on me it seems, the Bioware PR strategy of 'ignore them and we won't get bad press about it' worked better than I would like (mind you I stopped playing Mass Effect 3 because this irritated me that we've been ignored, so maybe it didn't worked as well as THEY would like). So really, no fix still? Ridiculous.

Soooooooooooo... Bioware has the time to port ME3 to the Wii U but not the time to fix our goddam problem, this is out of hand.

So i just got the black screen of death... again... for the third time. Of course I am going to use Resente's fix again but this is starting to get old. I'm surprised Bioware is having a hard time recreating it.

I just get the feeling that they don't give a vorcha's ass about fixing the glitch, otherwise they would have already.

yeah not sure its good to send this hellish virus on innocent players that have done nothing wrong. I'm all for getting support but that's going too far

I do not like it any better than you, but do you have a better idea?  Also at the rate that it is spreading they will get it eventually anyway better to have a fix.

What you're doing is nothing but destructive whining and complaining.  SImilar to destructive criticism versus constructive criticism on the ending issues.

Hi there.

Yes there have been some word from BW here and on twitter, but it was sporadic mostly.  You can check the earlier pages, I think someone posted a pic of Mike Gamble talking about it on his Twitter.

I was among the very first who got it in March and posted early on, then Resante came and saved most of us with his home fix, for those willing to play around with the programs.

Nah I had a little before the Resurgence dlc and fixed it somehow then got it again the day after Rebellion but I've been back and forth from this topic since I got it the first time and never really posted, and I'd do the fix but my computer is broke and I can't afford to get it repaired any time soon (I'm using my iPod for this) so I need to wait for a patch

Just got it for the second time. Very, very frustrating. I don't feel like going through the fix again (even though it's rather quick and painless), so I guess it's on to something else until they release a proper patch.

So, lemme guess..... No fix yet and I'm on day 104 of my black screen for a game that I've only played for 8 hours, and paid FULL PRICE for. What's it worth now when you buy it used? 20 bucks? Fvcking goddamn useless Canadians. Pretty sure they are too busy sucking each other's d!ck's to fix this game. If I lived anywhere close to Biohole I would wait outside and beat the sh!t out the first person to walk out then take my 60 bucks back, plus a few more for travel expenses

While I share your feelings, myself being one of the original posters of this issue (way back on March 9th). 
Comments like this are not needed, and honestly do not help at all.

As of posting this (June 10th), the game has only been publicly available for ~96 days.

Seriously if this bug happened with Halo 4 or the next Gears and/or Gods of war, there would be a patch to fix it inside of 72hours. No other company would stand for this level of ineptitude, let alone their customers. Very disappointed.
