It seems by registering with the social site it has split my EA Master account in two. When first registering with this site I used my Bioware account not realising that it would use my EA Master account. Now my Bioware account uses my old email address which is the same as my old EA one. A while back I updated my EA account to my newer email, now registering to this site has now split my EA account into two seperate accounts therefore not allowing me to change my old one back to my new one. Before I register my copy of Dragon Age I would be greatful for any help on how to get back my merged EA account then update my profile for this site so it uses the correct email.

1) one EA account (hotmail) attached to your "Python Jones" displayname on this site, which you appear to also be using in-game in DA.
2) a completely different EA account (not hotmail) attached to your "Python Jones" username on the legacy sites.
Since you seem to be doing everything with the first of these accounts, I would recommend that you continue doing so. You
From all appearances there's nothing wrong with your current account and it is linked correctly to your profile on the legacy sites (check the "BioBoards profile" link on your profile here to confirm)- is there something that is not working for you with the current setup?

1 - When I created my Bioware account for NWN2 (Possibly an earlier game) I used my old email address (the one linked to this account.
2 - My EA Master account was also the same email address.
3 - A Few months back I updated all my games to my new email address apart from my Bioware account, I changed my EA Master account to the newer one and it was working no problems.
4 - I sign up to this site thinking it would use my Bioware account but instead splits my EA Master account in two, the new and old email address. Now because of this I can't change it back to the email address I want to use.
I hope this helps clarify my problem.

accept my honest apologies for the delay.
We would like to

12 Days for that response
I sort of half fixed the problem by changing the emails around, at least DA:O is registered to the right email address.

I got notified and I signed up on the first day. The vast majority of multiple account issues are caused by people not reading the information on the signup page. I just wanted to point out that this claim, despite several similar ones, simply isn't true.mindcrash wrote...
... because not getting notified that a new EA account is made when you sign up for this site...
