 Since I am European and still I haven't yet got the game, and I want to avoid spoilers, I want to ask when the amount of points in my Galactic Readiness Level (or a similar name) will be enough for me to get the best ending?

I'm not 100% certain but I believe you need 3000 effective war assets. If you don't play the multiplayer you have a readiness rating of 50% by default so you need 6000 war assets to get the best ending without playing multiplayer.
