Was playing today, and while i was buying a Spectre pack a friend invited me into his game. Unfortunatly I accidentally accepted while the transaction was still taking place and it sent me to the start up screen for the multiplayer instead.

Well, i exited out of my game and restarted it. When I got back in my levels were the same, but ALL of my items and charecters were gone. Including the ones that I bought using Bio-ware Points.

So I went to EA's ME3 help center and they told me to post on here since the items i bought using my money were in-game items... soooo I'm posting this and now wondering what it is I'm supposed to do.

I too have the same problem. Hope to get a refund if none of the stuff I bought can be restored.

I just finished talking to an EA Help Assistance (live chat using the ? in Origin) and they said my items will go back into my inventory within 24 hours. Hope they do.

Well. That was a bust for me told me to, again, post on here. Didn't even confirm if they should have it fixed in 24 hours.

This just happened for me as well. I had several Assault rifles unlocked using credits. and a couple mods. i went to origin and bought some Bioware pts cuz i was curious about spectre pack. After buying out 800 pts worth all in a row,. when i went to customize my character i was missing all the items i had before buying the packs and some of the items that were in the packs. hope this gets fixed.

Edit: For one of the examples. i lost a revenant Assault rifle.. thing is sick, when i load a character that has the weapon on it. it dissapears and is replaced with avenger II.. Im scared to load my characters!!

Hey, jus found out that one of the GM's is going through forum's and taking Origin ID's and console info of people who had similar stuff happen. Chris Buzon. Here's a couple of forum links that he's visited so far.

Have some issue on the 8th of Martch. Origin ID: Velkezar.
Just after i got 100% control of all the systems in multiplayer of Mass Effect 3 a welcome N7 message appears just above results screen of the mission. I lost all my opened characters and weapons, mods in rifle still there but don't work and i can't change them. Also lost all opened customization options for characters, can't change them but they are still there. I asked the EA support about this but they only said ask Bioware Support.

Same here is there any bioware guys here going to reimburse us for our losses? I mean i had $30 of bioware points left over and used em for the game so anyway to speed up this fix for all of us that got screwed?

Me: Players lose their stuff they have spent REAL MONEY on. No word from you since 3 days. Any ETA?

I did get an email from bioware saying they were aware i had this issue, So that is a good sign, Just have to wait for the fix and solvency.

Had a similar problem that wiped out all of my gear including a bunch purchased with bioware points. Happened after I started a second single player campaign, and when I went to multiplayer it gave me the intro to multiplayer again as well as the free starter pack. Right after that, all my stuff was gone.

I currently have a quarian engy locked (name still in use) but completley unaccesible, lost bunch of weps and mods too

Hope this bug gets sorted, don't fancy getting lots of epic weps and losing them all for no explainable reason.

I dont kno why, but i purchased several bioware points and then got several spectre packs. A couple of days later, all the items and characters that i got from those packs were gone, and i didnt even get my bioware points back. I was told by tech support that they were "known issues which will be addressed and fixed in the upcoming patch" that was almost 2 weeks back. I don't care about the items, but i do want my money back, that or at least the points
