They don't seem to care, they just think we're whiners. I will definitely reconsider their future ads about their so-called "ORIGIN EXCLUSIVE" pre-order bonus.

its just like any other pre-order bonus if you dont pre-order from the store offering it
if you wanted it you should of orderd the PC game for digital download
you wanted it on 360 so no A-12 for you
just like i wanted a physical CE so i didnt get the A-12 ether and im not raging about it
its one shotgun thats meh any way just use the N7 shotgun or claymore both are better any way
next people will be moaning about not getting the N7 pack that was a pre-order only bonus

Show my the add or annoucement stating it was only for the Origin Digital Copy. You will find non because all they EVER said was that it was an Origin Exclusive and guess what Origin sales physical copies in ever platform. How are customers suppose to assume that it's for PC only. Explain that to me. It's pretty clear that you don't know what your talking about.

I support this completely... Want me to buy new? Give me a whole ton of free stuff that you can only get by buying it new.

no email came so i contacted customer chat. They gave me two codes. However the first is 4 sets of characters and the 2nd one is 5 set of characters. I haven't tried it out yet but anyone who has the raider shotgun, how many sets of characters are in your dlc?

I think PC codes are 4 sets of 4 and XBOX 360 are 5 of 5. I asked for XBOX 360 and they gave me PC's. Still no code for that item. So disappointed!

http://masseffect.wi...i/Mass_Effect_3

http://www.gameinfor...s-effect-3.aspx
here it is
[Update]
EA just sent out a press release that said there will also be an
in-game exclusive item for PC owners who buy the game through EA's
Origin digital distribution channel. Here are the details on the item:
AT-12 Raider Shotgun
The AT-12 Raider Shotgun fires a large pellet spread, ensuring
maximum coverage for close-range targets. Designed for superior rapid
fire, the AT-12 allows for optimal recovery time between shots.
im i could dig up the press relase it would take awile but Gameinfromer is a pretty good site so i would take there word on it

The fact of the matter is that this is a consumer world and in order to compete in such a market a corporation needs to keep it’s consumers happy and the retention of return clients is paramount over some DLC codes. It doesn’t matter if there was fine print or not. If the majority of your clients are unhappy with the results then you stand to lose future profit unless you appease the majority of said clients. There was no fine print promising we would all love the ending but so many people have let out a universal groan over the grand finale (Which I actually enjoyed) that now it's rumored that BioWare is working to polish them with future DLC.
I will bet with 98% confidence that some mid-level project manager or BA was in a marketing meeting and brought up the fact that it wasn’t crystal clear that the A-12 shotgun was only available for digital download. And I will bet with the same confidence that some marketing director said “Yeah we’re aware of it but we don’t think it will be an issue” meaning “We’re aware that shenanigans are taking place but we believe it will gross us (estimated thousands to hundreds of thousands) in profit. Nobody comes right out and says “If we screw them we’ll have a few extra bucks after the headaches pass.
If you want your shotguns then call EA’s customer support line. Call them every chance you get. Call them on your lunch break, your smoke break, while you’re waiting to pick the kids up after school, or just before recess. Every single call you place to a live agent will cost EA a set dollar amount with additional pennies, nickels and dimes ticking off for every minute you keep a live agent on the phone. And every time an agent ends their call with you, get a case number. Make sure that the agents are logging a case every time you call them so that EA’s contact data will show that they’re losing money by call volume over this whole A-12 shotgun thing and that it’s going to be much more profitable for them in the long run to resolve the issue with their clients (us) than it will be to keep ignoring the 4 or 5 bucks (I'll bet higher since they have onshore support) they flush down the toilet every time someone calls and asks "Is it fixed yet?"
Yes it’s whining. Yes it’s petty. And yes it’s an absolutely valid and fair strategy to use against them. Because given the opportunity EA has absolutely proven that they will use the same tactics to pull one over on anyone who isn’t vigilant enough to read the fine print on every single DLC offer. So make it cheaper for them to give you what you want than it is to ignore you.

BW has already went from "MUST BUY" to "Still worth a purchase or pre-order" between ME1 and ME2 with me. Then it went from that, to "Check user reviews first" with ME3. Then it went to "Ok, I'm done with you." with the ending fiasco.
And now I'm going to actively shun these games to every gamer I meet. Horrible customer relations.

BioWare, I do expect some sort of response to this.
Responce ? BW never reply when someone has an issue in relation to their lies or poor misleading advertising campaigns that are put out just to rack up extra sales. The sad thing is the only responce we will get if any is to lock the thread for some ridiculous reason.

Pretty much exactly how I feel about everything right now....
plus the truly sad part about the issue that OP is having is that all of these little "bonuses" and so called "dlc" are already on the game disk, the "dlc" is nothing more than an unlock.
Of course if we talk about how to unlock them (which is ridiculously easy) you get banned for it, i got 24 hour banned for linking a video that showed proof that it's all on the disc even the from ashes "dlc", and I didn't know that there was no difference between proof and "posting hacking material"...obviously not going to post that link or any other proving what I'm saying, I don't want to get banned again.
Long story short, I wish all the luck to OP to getting his issue resolved, with everything that has gone wrong with this game so far it makes me really really sad to see how far Mass Effect has fallen... the only thing that's a little bit of solace is that I didn't buy the game because I was overseas for work...if things continue like this especially after the EC is released if it only "clarifies" things...then I will say hasta luego to Bioware.
It's all just really throwing salt on the wound in my opinion to all the other problems with this game.

"Bickering" indeed. I was myself banned 24 hours for reporting and standing up to one of the most notoriuos threadsh!tters that have pestered the forums lately, flamebaiting and presenting logic fallacies like a troll on a dumpster truck, while no one intervenes.
And on banning Javier:
Reminds me of the unofficial "interview" by the SA-guy with Peter Weekes - so many people were relieved and had plenty of nice things to say after the fact, and it seems Weekes is at fault for actually addressing some of the concerns people have?
Now they unmod and ban the same person who has defended their game left and right, and has been one of the best mods for more than two years? I must say, it sounds incredible. I almost don't believe it myself. Ship just keeps on sinkin'.
If loyalty means not to give a sh!t about the customers, or ban the mods who address the customers legitimate concerns:
If what we see is not an illusion or a great prank:
Is that really the kind of loyalty you'd want from your employees?
If it is an issue with the individuals themselves:
Is that the kind of employees you'd want at all?
If it is an issue with company policy:
Is that the kind of policy any business leader wanting to survive in a competitive market would want to embrace?

Origin is only on PC, so any origin bonus would be only on PC...very logical and obvious

Sure, no AT-12, but if I've learned anything from videogames, it's that what you get in pre-order is often enough just a dlc in the future (a la FNV). And, I got the cool N7 patch, which I could use on my airsoft vest. Nothing says Badass like an N7 patch on your chest.
