I shot him without hesitation and I was a little surprised with myself for a second. But then I sat back and said "I've been waiting 3 games to do that."

Yeah. He was going to kill the council. I'm a pure paragon but I did not hesitate for a second.

I was fixing a bad decision dating back to the end of the first game. My only hesitation was because I was leaning back enjoying the cutscene when it happened. What happens if you don't interrupt...? Does the Asari Coucilor die?

No idea. I love the interrupters but then they leave you wondering like that :P

One of the best moments so far for me. Just wish I could have shot his knees out first. :P

I would've prefered to punch him in the face like Anderson did back in ME1, but whatever, it was... satisfying.

Yep.

To save the Council and to score points with Ash.

Yup hit it before he could even finish the first line. It was quite satisfying and a bit disappointed because it seemed like he had actually stepped up and become a force for "good" at last.

I think I'm the only one who regrets shooting him....I wanted to beat the sh*t out of him, leave him with critical injuries and leave him bleeding out...but well, thanks anyways Bioware! They gave me a good excuse to kill him.

I shot Udina without even blinking. My character didnt blink either. Having been a perimeter guard in vietnam it is exactly what i would have done irregardless.. Being paragon means nothing when people start dieing.

Oh, hell yes. As you said, I suspect most of us have been aching to put a bullet in his head. :P I wouldn't be surprised if Bioware did that plot point just to appease all that pent up hatred among the fans. ;)

Just wish it was a headshot between the eyes...followed by kicking his body into the reservoir. That's what you get for trying to turn Ash against my Shepard--regardless of gender.

Actually, there are only two renegade moments in the entire game that I did or think I would enjoy.

This is one of them.
The other is during your last run-in with Kai Leng - and this also made me smile.

Of course, and without hesitation. Beyond the fact that there was a reason I didn't let him be a Councillor in the first place, the slimy bastard, but the guy pulled a gun and seemed prepared to use it. Pretty sure that in most professional circumstances like that, if someone pulls a weapon it's just plain protocol to shoot first, ask questions later.

My renegade shot him, my paragon let Ashley do it. Both were awesome and satifsfying. My renegade had made him councilor in the first place, my Paragon made Anderson councilor (in fact I was like WTF why isn't Anderson councilor? Then I read Udina's codex entry in my Paragon game and it talks about how Anderson got sick of the politics and quit to go back to leading military that he knew better.

I was waiting for the opportunity during the whole scene, pulled the trigger before he even finished his first word!
