My Shep is too full Paragon, but I "Renegade'd" him without even thinking. It honestly didn't even feel that Renegade. Just like the right thing to do, especially as a Spectre.
I mean, if someone pulled a gun and was literally about to shoot the <high ranking public official that you like here> and you were a member of the <governments protection force> I doubt you'd think twice. And no one would look at you and be like... "Dude... they're so rogue/evil." They'd be like... "Dude, you're a hero who did your duty!" Heck if you hadn't, -then- you'd be /evil/.

I thought I'd be one of the few people who did that. My Shep was full Paragon also, but I freaked out and jumped that button so quickly. Not to mentioned I'd hated Udina since I first met him ME1.
I felt a little bad at first for it being "renegade", but then I didn't regret it at all. Kaidan gave me a bit of hell for it, but I put him back in line. D:<
Some of the Renegade options really aren't so bad at all. Kind of makes me want to see the game from a Renegade perspective.

My full paragon did the interrupt no hesitation. He pulled a gun and was about to kill a councilor. I had to put him down hard and fast.

multiple times. made a save right before that conversation. Really satisfying to just do it over and over, especially if you are mad about something. Same thing with Kai Leng.

Has anybody set Udina up as Councilor instead of Anderson? Because it seems in ME3 the council gets replaced by alien species anyways so to me that was surprising. I figured it was Bailey for a moment until further cutscenes confirmed it.

Well even though it's a morality system I think some people forget Renegade isn't "evil", it just means you're a bastard, break rules and are a bit of an anti-hero. I always end up half and half in ME, though in 3 I'm turning out way more Paragon. But you know, galaxy at stake and all.

Yes, like you I did it without even blinking. To think, when I talked to him earlier in the game I actually thought he finally seemed more barable and reasonable. That change sure didn't last long, lmao.

I'd actually started respecting Udina after chatting with him in ME3. Then he pulled this crap and I was pissed at how he played me. Not to mention he pulled a gun on the asari Councilor, who was just about the only one of them who was even a tiny bit helpful in the last games.
I usually play Paragon with a few Renegade habits, and as soon as he whipped that gun out, all bets were off. Udina got a bullet in the heart the millisecond that prompt came on the screen. No regrets.

It was my first ever Renegade moment of the series and I'd do it again as a Paragon. It's a no brainer for my Shep; the Council comes first.
