[The Grog]

As in, I can't.  Not in multiplayer.   I can't drag the powers around to different slots, nor drag from the HUD to the hotbar no matter what I do.  A google search pulled up something that said it was a bug and I should restart, but this does nothing.  I CAN move powers in the single player mode, though, so I don't know what is wrong.
