Doesn't seem to be recognizing any of my credit cards. Is the bioware social network no longer allowing people to buy Bioware points, or is it temporarily down? I'm trying to complete lair of the shadow broker and arrival before starting ME 3. Any ideas?

You do not have a GAME problem. You have a SITE problem or POINT problem, instead. There are forums for both, and there is EA Help.

Tried emailing EA help using the function at the bottom of the screen. Password is correct. Won't let me log in. No phone number to call.

To elaborate, it says 'unable to redirect to require source' when I try to use EA help.

Be aware that you can get an illegal password through the signup process, but everything else is screwed up if you do so.  Any non-alphabetic or numeric characters are forbidden. 

Those forums (above) have "occasional" interaction from some Biowarians, but it's irregular, and unpredictable. 

If you had an illegal password, fix it, and get logged on at EA, skip over the eMail.  It can take them a week to get a good response back to you.  Use the Live Chat function instead, no matter how long you must wait, and accept the fact that the support personnel vary widely in both knowledge and willingness to really try to help.

Sucks to be unable to spend money on the game I love.

My password is all letters. I can't imagine what's wrong with it. I just wish there was a way I could buy the DLC I want. Unfortunately there's no phone number to call.
