Is it possible, as with ME2, to download purchased content (not torrent content, just so I'm clear, but DLC purchased through Social Network or CE content) and move the installer to a different computer?  My gaming computer at home has a limited data plan and I don't want to burn gigs if I can download purchased DLC at the library or something and then move it.  ME2's system worked great for me.
