joined a game while being in a store, and then dced in the game (@*#@!!*#&!

Out of curiosity... Is this only a PC problem?

I play on the 360 and must have spent about 15$ on Spectre Packs to get a kick start. I mostly visit the store after quitting the in-game lobby (hate it when players go on a shopping spree and make you wait 10 minutes...). Anyway, I've been pretty lucky with my purchases (Asari Adept, Krogan Soldier, Salarian Infil, Widow, Carnifex, Graal...) I'd hate to see it all go away!!!

Anyone had that happen on the 360?

No, I play on the 360 and there are others who posted here on the 360 as well, though I think this has been in the PC forum longer than the 360 forum.  Supposedly from what I saw people posting through both forums that this problem has been here since day one.  There should have been some notification because until yesterday when everything disappeared I had no clue this was going on.

Well, thanks for the heads up! Will take extra special care not to even think about visiting the store from the lobby or joining invites while shopping!!!

@BioTrick you are better off not playing at all. It can happen anytime, anywhere... Just do it like me and play singleplayer in offline mode until the next couple of months. Everything else is too risky if you've spent $$

This is hilarious because they are alienating the people most likely to continue playing and buying into Mass Effect 3 MP. THis needs to be fixed asap.

 Lost everything I owned except the clothes on my back as well :/

I didn't have as much as other people here, but it's really discouraging. Hope there will be a restore/compensation going...

I have a feeling a patch will either unlocked the classes that got relocked or will just fix the bug. I doubt a restore will happen though, since I can't see them being able to re-add your past credits, weapons, mods, etc. with anything you unlocked after the bug

@BioTrick Another reason for staying away from mp: They probably will reduce the costs of item packs and increase the chance to get N7 weapons soon.

This is very likely to happen once the majority of people get bored with mp and move on. Nobody will pay say 160bw/60'000creds  on a spectre packs after 2 months. Then EA reduces the costs and release new character/appearance packs to keep the money floating.

These are not just some wild assumptions from my side, it's a typical business model.

Same problem just now, even bought 2 more packs before I saw that this happened.

Do you send a CS request somewhere to resolve this or will this be patched automatically for everybody with the issue?

I lost 1600 BW points and lots of item i bought with credits.

I lost real money there! They're looking for a fix. Yeah...

Ok, let's try another factor here. Has anyone who HASN'T made purchases with Bioware points/MS points/real money had this bug hit them?  Curious if there's some trigger there.

No, but they will "continue to investigate this issue". They are investigating so much they didn't even have time to close the ingame shop over the weekend.

I don't have a BF3 pack, and haven't spent any real world money on BWP and was hit a couple of days ago.  Though maybe they read my mind as I was sorely tempted to shortly before I was affected.  heh

I'm very glad I resisted the urge to buy BW points though, in retrospect.

I bought all of my lost kits with credits. The only money I've spent on ME3 was to buy the game itself.

Its all bull****, but I for one wont event hesitate to take it to court if they dont atleast refund me soon, this is shameless.
