Hmmm... so no updates? Good stuff, was actually enjoying the co op quite a bit, but this ruins it for me. Almost had my Quarian Infiltrator to level 20. Lost a load of stuff. All my unlocked characters, a Widow and Geth Shotgun were the major losses. Wish I had've known about this, would have avoided the MP for a while longer.

What's even better is they knew about this before the weekend and still took the weekend off instead of attempting to fix it or even put up a warning in game.

This just makes me sad, I have been with Shepherd since his/her first step on Eden Prime and before that my last MP game was Doom...... No...... Really Doom! Ok I have tried others, but you spawn, you die.... are you having fun? "Not".

I am an ME fan... ME3 has MP, time to bite the bullet!..... You know what, I was having fun! Ok I suck at it, only ever done bronze level but I was having lots of fun! But now that my paid for toys and bioware points are gone the only thing I have left is a bad taste in my mouth!

So Sad!

Having paid £30.95 for Bioware points, 4400 of which were spent on spectre packs (the other points were: 800 spent on DLC, 800 unspent)  , they had better reimburse at least those points. It seems quite simple to reimburse those affected by this bug for just their points. Sure it would be a pain in the ass to have to get all that stuff I lost but at least then Bioware isn't stealing my money. -.- (I just lost everything a couple minutes ago. 19:41, 11/03/2012)

Additionally a spectre pack which hadn't been processed yet (due to communication error when it was bought) was still creditted to my account after the bug so I have the equipment and weapons from that pack.

Dear Bioware (ea) whatever it is.
              I am a long time fan of your great line of games, I remember buying Baldur's gate back when I was 19.
I pre-ordered the collectors edition of Mass Effect 3. I had been looking forward to this since the end of ME2, my son and I have played through ME 2 4 times on Insanity. We both played the multiplayer on the demo together like it was our life. And we were excited about the full multiplayer in the game. The day we got it I noticed that you could use Bioware Points to buy the weapon packs, my son seeing this begged me to buy some, so I bought 800 bioware points, got the Grull and a Krogan Soldier and some other great stuff. To my dismay, last night after playing for a number of hours getting more stuff I left the party I was in and poof.. I get a screen saying something about N7 recruitment, haha, I was excited because I thought I had unlocked something in the single player game, and I hadn't gotten a starter pack when I first played for some reason. I opened the starter pack and noticed that everything I had collected was gone... I understand that games have bugs, glitches, and just problems when they first come out, but I'm hoping for a response soon. I've always defended Bioware, please don't tell me I just threw my money away, I have my reciept. If this doesn't get resolved I'll be disapointed to say you would lose a big fan.

wohoo 2nd time to get the dreaded N7 screen. And again my kits and items are locked again.
Note: Immediatly pressing alt+F4 without clicking on STORE or CONTINUE doesn't help either.

I really really urge you to not spend ingamecredits or biowarepoints till this is fixed

Been playing and unlocking crates for credits for two days now and spent 1200 MS points on crates just now and after the first round it all bugged up and locked all my kits. Not amused! Can you still play the game and unlock more stuff with credits or is there a chance for a rollback or such so everything i play while my kits are bugged might be in vain?

I'm for a rollback too. I mean EA doesn't lose any money, since we've paid for the points in advance. Just a simple apology won't do. If we don't get compensated their reputation has taken a fatal hit.

Had to stop players from buying psn and microsoft points today at the shop were I work after they mentioned they were buying them for these packs specifically. And I'll prevent a lot more people from buying them at my store until this is fixed and we who have lost ( in my case over 30$) have been compensated the money we paid.

Reset victim here too. Add me to the list please. 3200 bw points down the drain :(

The game progress I can live with though a rollback would be nice (provided I don't then lose everything I've unlocked since reset) but the £25 odd of bw points I would def need to be refunded if roll back doesn't work. I'd feel much better if bioware had a robust ticket system for these things, I'm not confident that bw will read all eleven pages and counting of this thread!

I'm fortunately not a reset victim. I play on the PS3 and currently have an N7 rating of 88ish, with 3 level 18 classes. After reading over this forum, I don't think I'm going to play at all, as I fear for losing a black widow and scorpion pistol. >_<

Consider me a +1 towards the movement. Please provide a rollback or at least an answer to those affected.

No they won't count all 11 pages. But they will count the money you've thrown away for nothing.

Can anyone name some major gaming sites which haven't reported about this scam yet? I'm sure there are many sites who gladly write about this. I'm just not sure which one to contact.

This happend to me about 30 minutes ago. have been waiting for a EA person for 30 minutes without it even saying a queue time. I would like my money back or my items back. i would think this bug would have been addressed before the game was pushed as it was in the demo from what i have read.
