Wow, there are dlc images "leaking" with new chars for the mp, but still no word on the single biggest bug i have ever encounterd on any mp game. Seriously, the fact that you can still buy packs for real money, just screams lawsuit over EA/Bioware.

I just learned that N7 rating is based on your character lvls, so since I've only played with one of my characters who have been lvl 20 for quite some time, the credit x n7 rating compensation would work very poorly for me.

hi, i also lost everything on Sunday.  I dont post only read, so its taken awhile to register.
This is the PC version and yes I had cloud sync turned on.

I dropped mid match after my lift to practice had arrived, THEN got the recruit screen again.

probably around 20 spektre packs, many of the rare weapons.

i dont feel like unlocking them all again.

Please fix this :(

I ended up getting hit by it a few days ago as well.

I unlocked an Asari Vanguard as well as other stuff like the Geth Plasma Shotgun, Black Widow, etc.

The same thing occured as everyone else -- the bonus pack and the character not being unlocked anymore. 

I haven't lost any XP or items yet, as I'm still playing with the character hoping to re-unlock it to see if it fixes things in the meantime.  As I understand it, as soon as I switch to another character, I'll lose all the items and the character.

Anyways, just wanted to add my name to the list.  Good luck!

there's no way for them to check if you lost your stuff because of this glitch. Even if they could, they wouldn't review so many  individual cases cross-platform wide. The only reasonable way to refund the victims would be a complete rollback to launch date. Won't happen though because every other player would go nuts.

If you've purchased with bioware points there's a digital papertrail. I don't see how they can't refund, they've clearly broken their end of the conract you agree to when you purchase BioWare points. They've admitted fault, proof is this thread. To suddenly turn around and say 'sorry we're too incompitent to refund you for our mistake' is beyond terrible, and I doubt they'd do well in small claims court.

Of course the current situation has gone on too long, and the floundering is really not good for public opinion. Still bigger companies have survived worse.

As for legal actions they probably made sure their asses are covered before even developing mp.

Well, I wouldn't mind a rollback to launch if it means getting my $20 back... But for me, I am still playing with my Asari Vanguard, although I have it locked, not hard to understand that's cause I had it and now I lost all my stuff, including my $20....

Whom it has told about rewind of everything, is isn't present, thanks (I against), I will better do without indemnification then, I already very much which have reached, and I am not going to lose it.

This wouldn't get litigated in small claims court.  The costs of doing so are simply too high.  Filing alone will cost more than the vast majority of people lost, and the EULA insists that all litigation take place in a venue of EA's choosing (to further increase the costs).

However, this is why class actions exist.  As more and more people fess up to spending big bucks on Spectre packs, it appears that the potential damages are large enough to get someone to take the case.  Presumably EA Legal recognizes this.  I bet you all will get your points back, but don't bet on getting your stuff back.

The real disappointment in all of this is that there are indie developers like Arrowhead and Trendy out there putting out daily patches to fix bugs at release, and here we have EA and all its resources not even communicating with the player base about a game-breaking bug where real money is involved.

Sooo, I just lost 2 upgrades on my Geth Shotgun. Yesterday I unlocked it to lvl III (3) and now it's back down to level 1. Don't see how that's happening since I never click ready and go to store. I always buy my stuff after the match is over...

I already play 7 days in Mass Effect 3 multiplayer, and my loss of 180 000 credits won't compensate my loss of all that I has reached for 6 days. I wouldn't would like rewind of everything, I hope not one such. :mellow:

I had cloud sync enabled.

I also had a problem a few hours earlier with my PC that required me to re-sync the cloud with my local saves, and played for a couple of hours afterward with no trouble before items were lost.

Im quite scared to even start over as the game is quite obviously bugged now. Re unlocked weapons have mods already applied to them that you cant remove or touch. Characters that are re unlocked already have points spent but colour and pattern modifications are still missing. Im not holding my breath for a reimbursement but a fix for the broken game would be cool.

Lost all mods, unlocks, and weapon upgrades Saturday night to this bug, most important of all being:
Krogan Sentinel (lvl 18)
Mantis X (now just a Mantis I)
Lots of medigels and rockets and other things I can't itemize...

This just happened to me yesterday PM. Lost my revenant and my carnifex. I'm afraid to switch out of a 20th lvl adept I'm playing because the character screen says the asari adept is locked. Lost out on $10 in points and countless in-game credits.

It shouldn't be that hard to figure out who's been hit. If someone has a 20th level character and all they have in their inventory is an avenger AR and predator pistol, then there's something wrong...

Someone should announce this problem on the 'galaxy web' on the login screen. If I had known this was a problem, I would have followed the pinned directions...

Fix this, Bioware. If you're going to tie multiplayer to in-game success, this bug is really, REALLY unacceptable.
