This is a known issue and our technical team is working on this issue. Also we advise you to prevent this from happening again by following the two steps below:
1.Avoiding going into the Store while 'Ready' for a multiplayer match. It's best to un-ready yourself before you go to the store.
2.Not accepting invites while in the store/purchasing
Regarding lost/relocked items – we cannot restore lost items at this time. This is part of what Bioware is working out, and updates to the situation can be gained from Bioware Social Network web site.
Please get assured about this issue that it is going to get solved very soon. We would appreciate your patience regarding the same.

It doesnt update, and past the first email, you dont get anymore. (Near as im aware, you only get it for the very first promotion ever.) The War Asset total will just increase by 75 per promotion... that's it.

I sincerely hope so, but atm I'm fearful the response from EA/Bioware is "It's a feature not a bug" and we won't have our credits and/or bioware points returned.

If this were true this would cause a massive law suit and to be honest the amount we spent would be greatly increase due to the stress and everything of not a single word from EA/Bioware.
I wouldn't want a rollback because i have been playing since i lost my gear to rack up my Credits and stockpile them until i hear something then when and if i get my gear back i will go on a shoping spree for stuffs

But see even if the rules states they cant or wont refund Bioware points, you still have all those Mircosoft people. And Mircosoft plays a different game Hehe, i mean you wont be suing them for the refund of your bioware points Duh! you will be suing for the simple fact you did not recieve the product you paid...
But i think bioware if this is the case is too worried about being sued, rather then fixing this bug and like i said if that is the case. I love Bioware and EA very much but dont think i wont jump on the wagon if a line starts to recieve "Teh Moneys" but after the week long massive crap i've been getting from everyone and their mother i am still loyal to both companies... I want to wait this out like the man i am but at a point i will start destroying things (First comes the discs then comes the xbox, very sad)

SnipeShoo - I'm sorry to say that, but you prolly won't get your items back, not to mention lost points. The best thing BW can do is just fix this bug and that's about it.
