Yeah, most games (with way larger player bases to manage) I play, keep us informed nonstop when there are technical issues. Even that horrible Second Life game which is notorious for having the worst customer support ever, at leasts keeps people informed. Bioware won't respond to twitter now, just keep posting messages about nonsense, that's useless because multiplayer is bugged and not worth playing in that state.
My guess is that the people who run the "social media" side of Bioware, are just that, Social Media people. They don't know what the code monkeys are up to. They're just there to promote and facebook and tweet. Heck, most of the mods on this forum probably don't know what the code monkeys are up to, it's greek to them.
That being said, I've read multiple people's copy/pasted e-mail replies about how Bioware IS working to resolve the issue, so people just need to chillax and give it more than 6 days. I'd say in about another week we'll be all patched up.
