I figured it out!!! The silence....I got it... Bioware isn't speaking because each console is coded in different ways, so giving a ETA would be un-accurate and cause more drama then not saying anything at all, I mean if they gave an ETA and all the Xbox customer s wait and they hadn't touched Xbox yet it would cause more problems because people would post about them being fixed and other would get worse.

Im sure they are.. im assuming this does take up quite some time, id rather have a slow but proper fix then a quick one that breaks other things.
What bothers me is the utter lack of updateseven a "still working.. stay tuned" every few days (or week even) would be great, granted... its barely been a week.

I lost some neat stuff myself, krogan soldier/sentinel, a bunch of other races/classes. a nice pistol, widow, assault rifle, shotgun, And a bunch of other stuff.
the above is the stuff im most upset about though.

I've lost my widow twice now lol, I remember I was so happy when I got it back. Still got it on my human infiltrator thought, I just have to steer away from weapon loadout.
That they don't give us any feedback and that the support blatantly lie to us is what annoys me the most.

So, after an MP game I made it from level 8 to 10. I spent my talent points, joined another MP game and there I was, back at level 8 and my talent screen showed me I now had -8 talent points. The skills in which I invested said talent points were correctly levelled.
What happens, when I now do my next level-up? Will I go from -8 to -4 talent points or will everything revert to "normal" and me getting from -8 talent right away to +4?
Anybody has experienced this and give some input? Is there any customer support handling this?
