I have this problem as well. I lost 10 dollars worth of BW points and countless credits on spectre packs.

Tossing my name in the ever-growing pool of players having their multiplayer profiles wiped. Didn't buy any BW pts for the DLC yet (thank goodness) but I did lose about 8-10 Spectre packs and 4-6 Vet packs. Completed my first Gold round since the demo and felt great about it until I found out ME3 wanted to congratulate me by wiping everything out. Finished the match to find the "Welcome to N7" screen layered over the mission results screen. Canceled mine and my wife's SWTOR subs and have temporarily boycott any EA or Bioware products. I'm very much hoping to not make that a permanent boycott (this issue is the deciding factor) as I've been an EA supporter since I was playing games on a Commodore 64. I have faith in Bioware, but I'm very much hoping that trust isn't misplaced.

Went to bed early, rose in the middle of night, played, saved up 240 000 credits, bowled off, anew started, came into collective game, came into shop bought 4 chests of the Range, everything is excellent.
Meanwhile the solution the safest to bowl off completely, and then again to start.
While such operations procedure didn't give failures and loss of that or. (personally at me)

1. Started Origin.
2. Started Mass Effect 3
3. Came into collective game.
4. Played enough, saved up the credits.
5. Bowled off completely.
6. Started game.
7. Came into collective game.
8. Came into shop.
9. Bought boxes.

If so at whom be will be gone that нибудь if you won't complicate tell me please.

I just lost everything I had gained through the store, a fair amount of hours worth, after accessing the store just before a mission started. Very ridiculous bug and I am confused as to why there is not more of a warning to be posted on the EA messages on the startup screen.

Ok, that is a general update about the patching progress, but nothing spesific about this problem. I will believe they know how to fix it when they actually say they have.

True, but it gives you a litte insight how they (bioware) actually work...better than nothing! and still some useful information, so we are not completly in the dark!

True, but it gives you a litte insight how they (bioware) actually work...better than nothing! and still some useful information, so we are not completly in the dark!

Yeh ofcourse some news is better than no news, but still if what they say is true, then the MP bug must be on top of their list because all platforms are experiencing this and its so easy to be afflicted, not to mention real money going down the drain. I guess we will have to be patient, i just hope they CAN fix the bug.

It's relatively easy to find out what the sever restart was about. If someone still reports problems after it's back up the glitch wasn't fixed.

I posted on another thread, basically same issue everything gone. Anyone know if bioware has commented on items being returned or some kind of compensation inline with maybe your n7 rating? basically want to know if im going to have to start over from scratch.

Everything that has officially been said is in the OP of this thread.  

Now people have been fed all sorts of bull**** from EA support, but nothing new has been officially said.

"Silence is golden" Well in other cases it is, my fingers are killing me from all the touch pading i do on this forum section. I mean i check this forum section about every 30 - 45 Minutes to check on an update on if they have finished the coding or if they having problems.

I can only think that they have a forum routine where they only post once and they wont post again, but i do think they read everyone of these posts.. They may even skip a few posts because its just a bunch of random words thrown in a sentence or a paragraph to make it seem like you're extremely mad or something.. all i know is come friday I'm going to Own any and everything after update even if i dont get re-embursted the credits or whatever they plan on doing.

Friends have told me EA has runied quite a bit of games, I am starting to believe this i've never heard many issue on biowares part but if you take the time to research alot of people say they have issues with EA weither if its "Not connection to EA servers" or "My game is broke and Ea told me to contact you" etc.

Let's Go Bioware You can do it *woot!*

I am having issues now every time I get into a multiplayer game and start up the game it disconnects me from xbox live. This is the only game its happening in and it wasn't happening until recently. I have comcast high speed internet so I don't have some lame provider. I don't get what is going on here.

Mass Effect 3 Servers offline for maintenance Friday March 16 <-- doesn't means that they are fixing the BUG issue. Its Just For Maintenance! There is no WORD about FIXXXXING the BUG. zzzzzz

I want to know why I am being dced everytime I try to play multiplayer in ME3 >.> my buddy keeps putting off looking at my internet. Keeps telling me next month he'll do it. This is iritating.

Stalking this topic now for serval days figuring I wouldn't have to post here as I was hoping it would been solved by now, I've lost 75$ with this bug, and now been waiting camly for 6-7 days. But start to wish they could atleast toss ous a bone and tell ous something about the progress.

Lost all my items last friday now and have been trying to get a responce from EA.

Finally got this responce with regards to whether items will get returned at some point.

"Unfortunately we have not had a lot of information from BioWare on the matter, so I can't guarantee anything. However, last I heard they were not only working on a way to stop this from happening again, but also trying to find a way to restore what has been lost to those affected."

ofc probubly doesnt count for alot..

Finally had this happen to me last night. Lost tons of equipment, classes, appearance unlocks, and some N7 items. Total bummer. I had been really enjoying the MP, but now I'm sad.

But the thing is, with THIS issue. "We are getting to it" is not really going to cut it. We are not talking about a issue that has the potential to erase save data, we are talking about a issue with the potential to take money. Which either forces people to just give them money in the short term, literally, or contest the charge on their credit card for not receiving a product they paid for.
