There is no patch, and they did not say there would be. It was a server reboot, nothing more. Just as they said it would be.

They started this thread you just posted in. They've acknowledged this bug multiple times. They've said when they have a fix or more information about it, they will update. They must not have a fix yet, so they haven't posted anything. What more do you want? Someone coming on this thread daily to say "hey guys we got nothing lololol" ? I don't see how that would be an improvement.

I got this weird glitch where I can't use my rocket launchers, medi-gels or the thing that's on the right d-pad. Oddly enough I can use my shield item that's on the right d-pad.

Anybody having a similar problem?

we should send emails to gaming news sites about this, spam it on twitter so ppl will know about the bug affecting so many. If EA/Bioware dont want to warn their costumers, then we should do this instead of them.

Well it's another weekend with people spending real money and losing all their stuff. Thought if they reboot the server something is being fixed. Back to singleplayer.

I think they wont give your lost gear or chars back... Just because many player already got something better...
The possible sollution now is to refund the credits and BW poits... Just it...
I just dont know how will they caculate this amount if i keep playing.... And earning more and more credits... :-/
On the other hand... If it was so simple they already had done it...

Nothing new, huh? What do you guys think about risk of something getting screwed* if I would come back to multi? Waiting isn't exactly rewarding and it may happen I will re-unlock most of the stuff in a few days...

*I mean, if it may cause any trouble in case they will be restoring our goods in the future

bioware/ea has really fallen in my eyes, 7 days and no info what the **** is going on!

This is just silly, they are taking our money and riding. You guys remember when Dragon age came out and we couldn't buy bioware points with credit cards, and there were people that actually had money that was on hold in there accounts because of the problem? Day one DLC, please, release it a month later or even two so you don't look like a super money hungry company. I also like the how EA bought the right to the NFL teams names, so no other game company can use them... The ending of this game was absolute crap, and it actually said after the ending, now you can go on more missions by buying downloadable content. lol
At some point folks we need to just stop buying this crap, and it won't happen anymore. I love Bioware, I have for a long long time, but this is crazy.
When are we getting our money back EA.

It would be nice if they could let us know what they're able to do about it. I don't know if they have direct access to our accounts, or if a refund of credits/BW points is even possible. Maybe they can restore our items without erasing everything we've worked hard to earn since being affected. But maybe they can't access our accounts directly, and we'll have to settle for the bug never happening again.

We don't know, but simply letting us know what's within the realm of possibility would be nice.

what i have noticed is that its avoided giving me any of the stuff i had unlocked for example i had the assault rifle, spare clip, extended barrel and scope i havent gotten them again since i have only been getting pistol and shotgun stuff which some of is now lvl 9 where as before i didnt have it but also i have only been able to unlock other classes that i havent before not sure if this is just me but thought i would share

Yup it would be nice indeed. But after over a week of silence I think the don't have the slightest clue how to fix this/how to restore the items we had. I mean if they would know that they're able to solve it and it's just a matter of time there'd be no reason at all not to let us know ... I mean this bug has already been there while the Demo was around and that's rather long (several weeks) and there's still no info about it besides the mere fact that the bug exists.

You're right, I did lie. The glitch actually happened last Tuesday, not Monday. My mistake. I was sick all that week so it kind of blurred together. I was playing Monday night, though, like anyone else on the West Coast at 9pm. Anyway, I have no reason to make it up, and simply stated it to show that there was probably not going to be any help soon considering I have been in escalation with Origin/EA for 11 days now, with no follow up on their part.

Also, you're an idiot. Nowhere did I say I lost money in the demo. Just move on.

Gold takes about 30 minutes to complete, less with a decent team (which you need anyway) and nets you 60000 credits. Bronze may take at least 15 minutes, but only gives you 15000. Gold is much more efficient, but more difficult.

I feel they owe us some update(statement), even if it's not fixed and I want it from someone that isn't the person that started this thread and ends it with smiley faces. They must have a plan for worst case scenario and what they will or won't do in regards to people we have lost real money on this ****. I don't want to hear speculation from the community, I want an official freaking response. They need to stop acting amateur and start acting professional. Times up.

I appreciate your attempt to justify EA's current action plan(or lack thereof). I was referring more to an update on the situation and what they plan on actually doing. Personally, I can find peace of mind with an official statement on the prospective route they are going to take to deal with this bug. All we have received as of late is a lengthy yet general post on the patching process, some dodgy statements on twitter, and the first post of this thread.

Any information they drop could ultimately affect how players will play this game. For example, if they say that a rollback is possible, many of us would not bother playing multiplayer to improve the chances of a successful rollback. If they announce that they will refund all purchased packs, then we can still safely play and simply collect credits to use post patch. 34 pages without an update on what is going on, which translates to about a week worth of community complaints, I figure would lead to an obvious decision to at least provide some information on their current progress.

What are you talking about, me and my buddies beat bronze in under 15 minutes easily. 2 of my buddies just destroy everything. Maybe if your a lower level yeah it take 15 minutes but no not with us. Also Gold doesn't net you 60000 as I have seen people do gold you got less than that. How much you get is based on what you do in the match.

There is no UPDATE.
Its only a freaking maintenance = reboot server .... they didnt say anything about patching the bug ....
