Ive been calling the ea phone support number every day to make sure I'm not forgotten. They're far better than the chat support.

Reaching my limit though. Getting close to filing a chargeback. 10 transactions works out to at least 350 dollars in fees to them I believe? Another customer told me his account got banned for doing a chargeback though. Anyone know if that's true? Wish they'd just refund the bioware points and save us both the heartache. :(

Got a little further today. They escalated the ticket and promised a point refund. Hope they're not just using more delaying tactics. 

If its true, opening 200 specter packs at once is gonna feel like Christmas. ^_^

I am pushing hard for the same.   I dont even care anymore about what i lost just compensate me so i can play and move on with some kinda mp stuff unlocked.

I Lost alot of weapons myself and basicly just started playing all over again almost at.got some rares but not like my first play threw. I just want my points so i can try and get my Paladin Back, thats all i really want.

I'm with you. I lost over a week's worth of credits, mostly from silver/gold matches. Got some stuff back but still missing a lot of stuff I had before. I didn't even get another pistol besides predator until today and I've been playing since last Thursday. It sucks watching everyone else roll around with high level rare weapons and I'm stuck using crap. Meanwhile we just keep getting ignored.

No more multiplayer for me till I get my stuff back. Its so discouraging losing all my items and then on top of that I've been playing the last few days to try to earn some of it back, only to have 180,000 credits stolen from me while trying to buy some spectre packs.

At least take down the part of the error message that tells us to contact customer service. The customer service is a joke.

Chat support to get in the system with origin (most have done this.)

Then schedule a call back. Talk to the person. Cite order numbers and dates from your email of bioware point purchases. Ask nicely for them to comp you the points that were lost.   You dont want a refund, bioware has not made any eddort to fix this in days publically.   You are in limbo.  Just give me the points I paid for back and let me move on.

Took 5 mins, got my points back. 

I was comped a little more points than I lost (and paid for.)

Its not my stuff but its a healthy start.

Yea i like how they update the Vic./Com. Packs n make threads about it but ignore us, i made it a point to say something in that thread,lol

Good advice for anyone on PC. Too bad for anyone on Xbox that any transactions involving MS points are non-refundable.

If this will work its good enough for me, since that was my original intention when I got bioware points.

A variant of this bug has hit my roommate - he has bought 3 Spectre Packs and a Special Veteran Pack, two of those with Bioware Points and two via credits, and none of them have been credited to him. In the meantime, I got hit with the reset to level 1 in campaign bug, but luckily I was able to jump out without saving and managed to keep my progress. These are major bugs that really should have been caught BEFORE release.

I just had a chat with EA live support, not really helpful but they guy (or girl lol) said that they will be refunding all lost stuff in about 2-3 days. Guess we will see soon if this is true.

/sigh I would expect those customer support guys to at least have fast typing skills. Seriously I can write about 100 words per minute and it is so annyoing waiting there for FEW MINUTES to just get a one line long answer...

Recently, 1 or 2 weeks ago shall we say I bought 4,000 BioWare points in your store. I spent most of them on Mass Effect 3 Multiplayer DLC content - mainly gear. After that, I played one or two multiplayer matches and all my MP equipment just simply vanished. On top of that, not only the gear that I bought with real money vanished. I also lost ALL my previous unlockables that I managed to obtain by playing the game. Rough estmiate is about million credits or so. Now, why do I contact you and what do I expect in the first place. Well, it would be great if I could get either in-game credits refund or BioWare points refund. If I won't get any of these, I am afraid I will be forced to contanct my bank and cancel the transaction because it is a lot of real money we are talking about here. I decided to contact your support because while back there was a discussion thread created on Mass Effect 3 officiall forums. Another customer there said that he contancted live origin support and that all BioWare points were refunded to him, along with something extra as an compensan for all his frustration involved. Thanks in advance for your help, hope you can clear this up because at this moment I am far from being a statisfied customer of yours.

I would say that I am rather downgrading. :S I won't let this matter drop, they stole (don't know how else I can call this) my money. I would ignore it if only in-game credits were involved... I will be trying to schedule a call in few hours or so.

Seems to be US only. I got a mobile phone and there is no area code-prefix really in Norway. Did try the e-mail route, but was told they can't do a damn thing, and that Bioware was working on it...

Bioware have something more important to do... U already spent your precious money... And they wont refound...
They are resolving the commendation packs issue now... So just let it go...

Sadly not possible from europe since they only allow US numbers to be called. :(

Not at all, their are reports of people already getting refunds. Just keep up contacting support. Plus the commendation packs and weekend challenge were likely planned before the release of the game.

They appear adamant on not refunding/reimbursing people microsoft points. At this point I've even canceled my subscription to SW:TOR. Why give EA/Bioware more of my money when they will just screw with me for weeks when their product glitches and I have spent money for nothing?

Telling people to wait is a horrible solution after taking money from them. I will have lost all desire to play the multiplayer long before anything is restored, if it ever is restored. Hopefully a few more people get reimbursed at least... or they remove the option to spend anything but in-game credits for the packs until they fix the re-locking issue.

Seriously, they should have done that the first day they realized they were taking money from people and the items weren't being unlocked properly. The fact that they are willing to let more consumers stumble onto this glitch is pathetic.
