Paranoid me, thinks its Bioware-EA hoping we will be good enough fanbois and consider it generous donations to them.
I will continue sending EA support tickets though. I'd like my Bioware points back at least. Also, doesn't exactly make me want to buy more DLC stuff anytime soon from Bioware either.

Dunno if this is related, but I get error messages when trying to purchase kits. And when I restart the game I loose my credis but no new items :(

All I want are my Asari Adept, Asari Vanguard, and Carnifex Hand cannon back before I throw my game out the window. Multiplayer turned out to be the only redeeming quality of this game for me BUT IT HAS BEEN 22 DAYS AND I AM STILL WITH A WIPED ACCOUNT.

This has gone far beyond ridiculous, I spent more money on Spectre packs then I did on the game (and before you start speaking negativly about that it's my money that I work hard for so I will spend it in ways that pleases me so keep your comments to yourself please) and then ::poof:: everything I unlocked was suddenly cutoff from me, it's not gone because its sitting there somewhere I just cant access it, it's so disheartening to go back and pick a basic race and weapon after being level 20 for so long and it's even worse how they are treating their fanbase over this, they will address the whiny people who didn't like the ending all day long but people who have a genuine complaint about something not intended to be in the final product (I hope) are left in the dark to fend for themselves, I wish I knew who was to blame but alas that goes back to the kept in the dark part, I can't even talk to someone involved because they are too busy adding an additional ending and making more stuff for an already broken system, FIX IT FIRST AND KEEP US INFORMED!!

Are they even reading these forums? The threads for this bug in both this and the tech support forum have been the top threads for literally weeks with zero feedback from bioware. As someone who works in support myself I'm completely shocked at this lack of professionalism.

I just encounter a problem. I have spent hours of online game play and has accumulated 45k credits. When I restart the game after taking a short break, my credit balance has gone down to 3k!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG HERE!!! Seriously Bioware, CAN I HAVE MY CREDITS BACK!

p/s: I didn't buy any packs as the store content is empty.

So, I talked to them again, for almost an hour. Didn't get anything back. Didn't get any new info. I was also told that any kind of refund is impossible to make - interestingly, there are users who were refunded.I was also given a link to the latest ToS, which was updated for the last time in 2011. So I have no idea what kind of criteria do they have for these refunds. Maybe its the country you live in?
All in all, its very very disappointing and frustrating. A really horrible experience.. for just 70 euros (90 dollars)! Yay. Plus the MP expenses.
Cant see my self buying anything from BW/EA again :(

I myself had gotten a Falcon V along with some other consumables (from a Vet pack) and it got locked/lost. Not to mention the countless bugs in the game where consumables are used but nothing happens.

Well, after a very disappointing Dragon Age 2, an extremely buggy ME3 to end the series, lackluster minigames on other platforms, and the WORST customer service from any company ever - hell, McDonald's gives you better customer service for a burger you ate last week - I can't see myself coming back. Too bad - these were my favorite franchises, but the way that this has all been handled has been completely ludicrous.

I agree with other people that the silence on this issue has frankly gotten ridiculous. Any update would be welcome at this point. A mod or a dev taking time to actually explain what's going on would be nice. I, like some other people here, have spent actual money on the multiplayer mode. Something like this requires some sort of response to show that we will get our money's worth.

So bioware, how about you stop f*cking around all the time. You stop the events and ****. and you give everyone who was reset credits/bioware points/microsoft points back.

Give everyone the items they earned / paid for.

I also lost 240BW points and 140k in-game creds because of this.

I called EA, and they basically said they can't do anything until Bioware addresses the issue.

Instead of wasting time on things like "weekend events," they should pay attention to the more important matters at hand here.

Is there a correlation between how horrible they are and how much money you wasted on the in-game material? Just curious.
