So I've actually given up hope that this will be fixed, they acknowledge the complaint, acknowledge it's their fault and do nothing else to sort it. And as such the cycle goes on.

Do you honestly think that's true? They have to sort throught hundreds of thousands of lines of code just to find the source of a glitch that can't be reliably replicated, so they have no idea where to start. Then they have to figure out a way to change that code without intefearing with functionality or reseting eveyones unlocks. And on top of that they have to fix playabity glitches and create DLC for the ending everyone is so angry about.

When you buy a game you're not entitled to a perfect experiance. You get what they decide to release and if they choose to patch it then that's great, if not you can choose not to play it.

its pretty simple, it's their game, their fault, their bug.
not being able to fix it for a month and not even giving people their bioware points back after such a long time is just ........stealing at best
I dont really care how problematic it is for them to fix it.
All of the bioware points should have been refunded already
Every1 else who bough packs for their time played should have been given an apology. "We cant fix it sorry". Thats what it is currently. then they can work on fixing it for eternity for all i care.

Still waiting on any kind of word about what's going on. I'm glad to see we can get like 10 updates on a stupid commendation pack that is FREE and took next to no time to earn. Yet we can't get an update on an issue that cost people either lots of their time earning credits and/or spent Microsoft/Origin points

I haven't touched multiplayer for a while now, losing all my progress and 400 BioWare points' worth of items killed my motivation to play.

Gtr: Incorrect:
As they have ALREADY 'fixed' the problem of wipes, they have 'found' the problem in the code, they found the problem weeks ago, what we are waiting on now is reimbursement. and it CAN and WAS reliably replicated.

We are not demanding or even expecting a perfect experience. what we are expecting is that bioware responds to bugs that cost us ACTUAL MONEY that we spent. Think of this similar to WOW or SWTOR all of the sudden forgetting that you have already paid for a month, and 3-4 days in, suspending your account due to nonpayment.
While you can reactivate, all the money you already spent is gone.

This is a shining example of how to treat customers. Tech support can't do anything and Bioware won't even communicate with people that were wiped. Despite having the time to post in plenty of other threads that concern trivial matters. Hats off!

Yep, this is actually pretty pathetic.  The people they are hurting the most are the ones that spend the extra cash for MS or BW points.  I, for one, would have been buying a decent amount, but haven't yet, and don't really plan to unless they really earn my trust back.

Most companies treat the highest paying customers best, but this is just a slap in the face for us.  It is one of the first times that I have ever seen a company do this.  It's a relatively simple fix, as they have records of EVERYTHING.  Well, until then, they will just keep losing business.

you would have thought giving back BW points would be much easier than digging through millions of lines of code to fix the bug...they have records of who bought what

Guess what? Instead of wasting money on MS Points - why not just play the game the way it's meant to (like earn credits and not waste real money on packs) and do something useful.

DILLIGAF?
