i just dont understand how they can release an update and dlc with out telling us anything, im torn between wanting to play the new stuff and not as i just cant be bothered untill i have my bioware point back espically seeing as every one is now running around with the new stuff and im still stuck getting the old stuff (becuase i was hit by both bugs)

Its amazing how bioware went from my favourite developer to one of my most hated ones in a few weeks :(

The lost items are one thing. they cant be returned? fine.. just tell me.. i wont be happy.. but at least ill know whats what.. this is just pathetic and disrespectfull :(

I agree. They ripped me off $80 worth of points and I know they are not going to reimburse.

I like posting in this thread even though I know nothing will ever be done to compensate those of us that lost lots of time and/or points. Bioware can feel free to prove me wrong, or heaven forbid, actually post in this thread and actually COMMUNICATE WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS before the end of the month. They don't seem to have trouble posting elsewhere about stupid stuff.

Mostly, I continue to post in this stickied thread because I like seeing the page count slowly creep up. It's like a little minigame. I'm kinda sad most of the other people who were playing this minigame with me seem to have given up.

I mean, obviously I'm not getting my stuff or points back anytime soon, so I gotta amuse myself somehow.

Heh.  It is nice to see another tortured soul at least still plugging away.  I may not post much anymore, but I am still checking virtually every day without fail to see if Bioware's suddenly given two pieces of sheet metal about those affected by this.  And every time I tell myself "Told you so!" because they clearly haven't.  With the growing number of issues people have had with the multiplayer, I'm left to wonder if Bioware will ever include it in another game again.  They'd certainly be saving themselves from a pile of needless trouble it seems.  While the multiplayer is fun, and hasn't been an outright disaster (in my opinion at least), the problems do seem to keep mounting from week to week.  And as we all know, the resolutions so desperately craved for are slooooooooooooooooooow.  (Or seemingly non-existent)  :unsure:

Wow, I can't believe they haven't done anything in well over a month. I wonder if they fully realize how much of a negative impact this will have. They give me back my $30, then I may continue spending what would have been much much more on future games. But, as for now, I will never again touch a Bioware product.
