Still haven't gotten a thing back purchased with BW points. Shoulda just hung on to the ones I had left from paying for DLC for ME2

I don't really see a reason why support this company by buying their products.
When others do everything they can to appease their customers.
Just today I downloaded a free enhanced-edition update for a great game, which had all it's DLC for free. When I bought it, it cost 2/3 of the cost of ME3 and there were no deluxe and normal editions, the very basic version was deluxe.

So much contrast in all aspects with this game which imo tried to sell even it's ending.
That's a bit too much for me.


I lost some characters and mods for the same problem and i need to recover my 5 premium spectre packs too.... the solution comes late, and isnt a good one, so im not very happy too.....

Ok Bioware, Finally im done with you. Seriously. I fell in love with Mass Effect, all parts and I liked even the new MP. I had the problems with the relocking Kits. Thought this will be fixed with the Resourgence Pack.

And what happened? Nothing! I was just disconnected from a session and allkKits that where equipped are gone. Again.
I wouldnt really bother if this was the only problem. But it is a miracle if I can play a Multiplayer Session to its end. I am kicked from the server in two of three games. I checked everything, nothing helped. 

I like Mass Effect, but the ME3 collectors edition was my first and last pre-ordered game from Bioware.

I cant help but notice that i get weapons i had at LV X already, get tuned down back to IX from spectre packs. Not cool BW, NOT COOL! just had my striker suffer that fate. this is getting seriously ****ed up, i have had this happen to my guns atleast a dozen times now, when are we getting compensations BW. WHEN!

Almost all my weapons are now level X. There are still a few weapons I dont have like the javelin and the black widow, so I keep playin and buying spectre packs. Now I get character cards I already have!!!! WTF?! Bioware really doesnt want me to have those two weapons.

i allways leave the lobby alltogether if i buy stuff xD i had my striker as X for 2 days, then i got Striker IX from spectre pack and started ripping my hair off...

I'm glad that some folks have gotten their stuff back. But what about all of us who haven't?

So what, are we out of luck? Do we just need to sit and wait for the magic loot fairies? Will Acyl ever spend money on Bioware products again? What's going on? I hope someone out there in the happy dreamland of EABiowareia knows, because I definitely don't. What do I need to do to get some answers, virgin sacrifice?

Heck, they've even deleted or un-stickied the other official thread about this. Without giving us any update. I understand if they want to trim duplicate threads or something, but still...

I tried asking EA customer service about this again, but they still have no idea what the heck I'm talking about. I mean, I get that the customer service guys speak English as a second language and aren't being paid very much, but I expect more than being asked to read a blog post about the new Resurgence DLC.

I got my stuff back. only +30 days, still wierd they not given a offical word about this matter. but they have thier experts on this atleast and working on getting the stuff back, that for clear... invdually case for case I guess... no clue why still not a offical word about it, I mean we would cheer for an offical statement they started a few days reopen the stuff relocked...

So I ended up trading this game in weeks ago, fed up with all the bull****. When I heard people were getting their stuff back a popped my brothers copy in to see if I did, and I did. Some weapons were even higher leveled then I remembered (the again it was so damn long ago...). Anyway to that extent thank you BioWare/EA.

Moving on, would it really have ****ing killed you to update us every so often about the status of the fix? Seriously...

We have finished returning items customers lost through the kit relocking issue. This issue could happen when a user entered the store while ready for a Multiplayer match to start or by accepting invites while in the store/purchasing. We are sorry it took so long to accomplish, but we wanted to make sure it was tested as thoroughly as possible before deploying it.  All effected customers who had their Upload Gameplay Feedback turned on should now have their items returned to them. If your items were not returned to you, please contact Customer Support so we can help you on a case by case basis.
