I don't really see a reason why support this company by buying their products.
When others do everything they can to appease their customers.
Just today I downloaded a free enhanced-edition update for a great game, which had all it's DLC for free. When I bought it, it cost 2/3 of the cost of ME3 and there were no deluxe and normal editions, the very basic version was deluxe.
So much contrast in all aspects with this game which imo tried to sell even it's ending.
That's a bit too much for me.
I lost some characters and mods for the same problem and i need to recover my 5 premium spectre packs too.... the solution comes late, and isnt a good one, so im not very happy too.....

And what happened? Nothing! I was just disconnected from a session and allkKits that where equipped are gone. Again.
I wouldnt really bother if this was the only problem. But it is a miracle if I can play a Multiplayer Session to its end. I am kicked from the server in two of three games. I checked everything, nothing helped.
I like Mass Effect, but the ME3 collectors edition was my first and last pre-ordered game from Bioware.

So what, are we out of luck? Do we just need to sit and wait for the magic loot fairies? Will Acyl ever spend money on Bioware products again? What's going on? I hope someone out there in the happy dreamland of EABiowareia knows, because I definitely don't. What do I need to do to get some answers, virgin sacrifice?
Heck, they've even deleted or un-stickied the other official thread about this. Without giving us any update. I understand if they want to trim duplicate threads or something, but still...
I tried asking EA customer service about this again, but they still have no idea what the heck I'm talking about. I mean, I get that the customer service guys speak English as a second language and aren't being paid very much, but I expect more than being asked to read a blog post about the new Resurgence DLC.

We have finished returning items customers lost through the kit relocking issue. This issue could happen when a user entered the store while ready for a Multiplayer match to start or by accepting invites while in the store/purchasing. We are sorry it took so long to accomplish, but we wanted to make sure it was tested as thoroughly as possible before deploying it. All effected customers who had their Upload Gameplay Feedback turned on should now have their items returned to them. If your items were not returned to you, please contact Customer Support so we can help you on a case by case basis.
