I haven't received any response from EA support.

Mostly, I hope Bioware restores my unlocks. Until then, I'm not sure I want to play multiplayer. Losing everything took the fun out of it.

I lost all of my equipment and all of my weapons along with the kits i had unlocked.  Is Bioware planning on fixing this because I used real money for some of these items  the widow included?

I think that's what we're all wondering...

It would seem there's nothing we can do except hope the EA/Bioware can reinstate the lost items or credit the packs back to us.

It really sucks when you're out real money that you used to purchase the packs...

Reset bugged. I was trying to go over ammo powers before a round with a few friends and accidentally entered the store instead, and the game started before the 'Checking for pending purchases' message disappeared.

I entered the match still playing my Krogan Sentinel, but my weapons had lost their mods. (Eviscerator shotgun, Scorpion stickymine pistol). The most telling evidence was that all of my inventory consumables were at zero - missiles, thermal clip packs, etc.

On the mission summary screen I got the N7 welcome message. I left the lobby, quit ME3, reloaded and rejoined the same lobby - all my aliens now locked, but I still have my class levels. All mods gone, all weapons locked, basic weapons reset to Rank 1. Basic weapons that had mods on them still have those mods, but I can't add/remove mods to those weapons since the game thinks I don't have any mod inventory.

My credits reset to zero but I did get the payout from the mission the bug occurred on.

At least I got my drell adept back in the next veteran pack I was able to get, but he hasn't got his stickymine gun anymore.

Was lucky enough to get a Widow on my first Spectre pack with my first main being an Infiltrator. After getting dropped from a match, all my weps and character unlocks are gone now. Gunna say FU to bioware on their multiplayer for now.

anyone know if you have max military strength in SP, does it change the ending if you dont have max preparedness from MP? I want to max out everything before my final battle, but playing the multiplayer more just to lose everything..... seems pointless....

EA and Bioware need to say something more about this. We need to know we'll receive compensation. I can understand why they'd wanna be circumspect, but - I know I'm not spending a single cent on EA and Bioware products until my stuff gets restored or I get a Bioware points refund. That's not an angry nerd ragequit thing. It's not a threat. It's just...a simple practical decision. I can't trust 'em with my money.

Even if I do remain a customer, how much I spend on EA and Bioware products in the future depends on how quickly they fix this. My willingness to crack open my wallet and pay for DLC, SWTOR subs or new games is dropping slightly with each passing day. I doubt I'm alone in this.

They are definitely taking a large financial hit right now from this problem. Every player I know is saying they're either not playing multiplayer at all (most common), or only playing a little and not spending any BWP until the issue is fixed.

From purely a business perspective, this is a bug they should fix as a top priority, and compensate players for their points lost (at the minimum). Whatever you think of Bioware/EA, they definitely like making money, so maybe there's hope...

Some sort of gesture of good will after their game essentially stole truck loads of money from its players would be... just fantastic. I'm dying to play multiplayer again, but I'm far too cautious to tempt whatever awful circumstance causes this.

Happend to me yesterday. Lost 1600 BW points worth of spectre packs + additional packs bought with credits. Since support still just throws you to the forums I suppose I should try that aswell. Considering the 9 pages + additional topics on the matter I do not have much hope for this to resolve it. It's about time for a Biowere post tbh. This issue has been up for over 3days and considering it's effects, it's basicly stealing from the customer.

 May aswel add me to the list of extremely unhappy players, 1680 MSP/BWP lost. Don't really want the money would just like some form of credit to use to rebuy those points. Feeling pretty hard done by at the moment and it's seriously putting me off the game. Am extremely appauled that they haven't added an in game note to warn people on the computer screen on the main menu.

as to me losing my SP mods, it was only mid mission, they showed, but i couldnt swap/use them in that mission, when i got to the ship and went to the table they were there and usable.

Bug hit me to and i lost everything that i spent alot of hours grinding for. As it is i'm afraid to touch multiplayer till they say something on if they are anywhere near to fixing it or if its possible to get our stuff back. People are even losing real money from this. I don't know how, but someone screwed this up big time. On the other hand if we can get our unlocks back soon or acceptable reimbursement i'm at least willing to pretend the whole thing never happened, at least as long as sonething like this dosen't happen again cause then your gonna create a negative reputation.

 I've just had all my things removed, after playing multiplayer for ages and also spending £25 of microsoft points on Spectre and Veteran packs. This kind of issue is not acceptable when real money is involved, do you not think that people who have used microsoft/bioware points should be reimbursed? 


EDIT: Lost 3k MS points and a couple of hundred thousand creds

I lost 400 BioWare points' worth of unlocks and all of my progress in multiplayer.

Something needs to happen about this.
