I've encountered a bug where my multiplayer profile was reset. So all my characters/weapons unlocked through packs and bioware points are now gone. I was directed by EA Advisor to post about it here. What should I do?

I'm currently trying to keep a list going of all people who spent money to buy bioware points from the origin store to buy veteran/spectre packs for multiplayer use. I just had my multiplayer profile reset. I only kept my class levels but I lost all the alien unlocks IE: Turian Soldier. I spent 20$ on bioware points and three days of play. Can I please get this reimbursed?

I contacted support but they just forwarded my to a senior staff(which takes 2-3 days) any the support wasn't helpful in the least. And they dodged the question of whether reimbursement is possible... Could a bioware staff please assist us?
Could you at least hotfix it so that the store button is greyed out when you hit ready. Your customers are losing valuable time spent and real money because of your bugs.

As soon as I used the free starter pack, everything i acquired (chars & weapons) were gone...

My things were gone when the starter pack appeared.
I'm still playing my Salarian Infiltrator, but it's locked now and I haven't switched off it since. Reset right when I finally got a saber

Happened to me too...luckily I hadn't done much. My levels are the same but I lsot all my equipment

Have some issue on the 8th of Martch. Origin ID: Velkezar.
Just after i got 100% control of all the systems in multiplayer of Mass Effect 3 a welcome N7 message appears just above results screen of the mission. I lost all my opened characters and weapons, mods in rifle still there but don't work and i can't change them. Also lost all opened customization options for characters, can't change them but they are still there. I asked the EA support about this but they only said ask Bioware Support.

I have pretty much the same problem as OP, but it seems closing ME3 and restarting do the trick. Sneaky free starter packs...
