Where do I look for this in game? Does it come up on the email thing or is just a spot on the  map? I have it, downloaded it but can not find it. >

It does come in a email after you can travel with the normandy around the map.

It should be a mission related to Eden prime, try to do some other missions first then check the email.

There IS an Email, but you can also do this mission immediately after recieving the Palaven Mission from the Councilor.  As in the first thing once receiving full control of the Normandy.

Thanks but I'm further into the game, infact I"m in the middle of the krogan search for their missing scouts. And it is not there at my terminal. God this game is buggy as hell. Thank you, oh, can you tell me what system you have to go to? Maybe I can fly there and start the mission. *sigh*

Oh, this happened to me, too. Worse, I was able to play the game yesterday with the DLC. No whenever I load the game, it says From Ashes is missing! I can start another game but the email never shows up.

What is really frustrating with these bugs is the fact that your outcome of missions and such all goes towards your readiness for war. This in turn effects the outcome of the game. I worked hard through two other games to hopefully come out witha positive ending. I would hate to see itt screwed up because of a bug.

Might try reinstalling the DLC. If you were too quick to start playing before it finished downloading then it might have corrupted when it tried to install files to a game currently running.

I did the 'repair' option on the origin website under my games library just incase, but still
no change. It is weird because I do have the other half of the dlc (appearence) for the squad
members. So I am totally baffled.

Thank you though for the suggestion. By chance, do you know which system Edan Prime is
in?

This is stupid. I found something that might help, but I'm not too sure. I just got it to run (I was THIS close to reinstalling the whole damn thing). Normally, I can't connect to EA servers when I start the game. I usually press the connect button 5+ times before I get into the EA servers. It said verifying DLC's, but the From Ashes DLC wasn't.

Just now I opened up ME3 again and I was fortunate enough to connect to the servers at the start. Strangely, there were TWO sets of "Verifying DLC" notifications. Maybe they fixed the server bug? maybe you have to connect to EA servers automatically? I don't know, but mine's running now. Hopefully it will stay that way.

Thank you,will try anything at this point. Keeping my fingers crossed. Then I only have to fix the Hanar diplomat quest bug and the fact that ME3 totally ignored my romance with Miranda from ME2. I wanted to go back again and play through but with Jack as my romance. But screw that if it deletes the romance flag in the save game.
