I've got problem with Bonus, it's on the list in bioware social (here), but it's not on the list in origin, so I can't pick up it, what should I do?

For me, I didn't have to install it, it was automatically there in the game. I got the game off origin if that helped. There was no indication that it installed. Try playing through a bit and see if it's in your armor locker. Or, see if you have your chakram launcher under assault rifles from playing the demo.

It is pre-installed, and only requires you log on in game to your account. And then go down to the hanger bay on the normandy and check the lockers to the side as you enter.
