Yusari is obtained via the Wrathguard of the Reaching quest in the Circle of Magi tower. It involves activating the three statues in the Great Hall Common Room in the correct order, followed by the statue in the center of the same floor; after that, proceed to the first floor and click on the basement door, which will spawn a demon who carries the blade.

There are "apprentice notes" scattered about the tower. You need to collect them all to unlock the ritual.

There's no highlight option on the consoles? wow that's a disadvantage for sure.

Well, they are spread out all over the tower.  Which isn't much help, I know.

By highlight you mean displaying named interactive people / items in the area? Yes, shoulder buttons do it.

Yeah, that's what he meant by using TAB, as it's mapped to that key on the keyboard.

Left, right , middle then the statue in the room with the abomination who draws you into the fade.

Left, Right, Middle, Statue in the end.
Note that at least for me, there was never any sound confirming that you've actually pressed something, and if you press it again, you get a shock.

So just activate them in the right order. When you've pressed it and not gotten a shock, you're doing it right. Don't expect any sounds or confirmations. And yes, I know this is retarded, because sometimes you're just uncertain if your click registered or not. Just try it.

Afterwards you need to head down and click the basement door to spawn the boss.

Nope. The Sloth demon is in the Middle of the NEXT Level.
The 4th statue is on the same level with the other 3 statues(Commoner room, where you get surprised by Skeletons and an Arcane Horror), right in the middle between two Narcotics(or however you call that freaks...).

It's in the middle room in that level at least. There's an abomination in there though.

yeah, the statues never gave any feedback, so my first playthrough I didn't complete this quest because it either seemed like I hadn't activated the statue, or I had picked the wrong one.



activating doesn't have to be done by the hero, so just send followers to 2 of the statues and then switch between them and the hero on the 3rd in the right order.



yeah, the 4th is on the same level as the first 3.
