We were told that there was an option to turn off helmets for most scenes for armors. I have the Amalur Reckoning Knight armor, the N7 Defender armor from the Collectors Edition, and now the Blood Dragon armor. None of these armors have the helmets off during any conversations at all. In fact I just had a cutscene with Shepard in the Blood Dragon armor with the helmet still on.

What gives? We were guaranteed that the helmets were removable for these armor sets. The only armor set that allows for helmets off is the default armor you get when you start the game up.

This isn't right. This should not be happening. I've seen people with screen shots with their Reckoning Armor, the N7 Defender collectors edition armor and Blood Dragon among others having the helmets removed. These are in game screen shots.

Please fix this it's annoying!

Does the options menu have an option to remove helmets from Shepard and Party Members during conversations?
I'm away from the game but I think it does.
Does that option actually work with the Armor suits like BloodDragon, Inferno, Defender?
I hope so.

It does have the option, and no it does not work. I had a cutscene where Shepard was going to Grissom Academy and talking to the shuttle pilot. The helmet stayed on the entire cutscene even when I had a dialogue option pop up. So yeah... it's not working properly.

As I understand it, helmets stay on in combat areas regardless if you choose the option or not.

If it makes sense to be wearing a helmet, that's what Shep will do.

No the helmets are supposed to come off for conversations and cutscenes where applicable. Meaning unless in a hostile environment the helmet should be off for cutscenes/dialogue again unless in a hostile environment necessitating the need to keep it on.

This is a bug.

I just played with the Blood Dragon Armor and the helmet absolutely came off during cutscenes for me. Same with the Inferno Armor.

Didn't for me. So it's a hit and miss with people.
