First off i spent about 3 hours trying to figure out these side quests just to find i cant do them yet.... So stupid in me1 and me2 you could do all quests when you got them why would bioware give them to you knowing you can finish them at that moment or start them.

What journal? I just open the Galaxy map and go to whatever is blinking... just as effective as the ME3 journal.
