So as someone new to Bioware franchises I am having the worst first impressions with this place,
I was excited for Mass Effect 3 and purchased keys online. Except they dont work because "this code has already been used".
No probelm. Ill post on the site. OH WAIT I CANT EVEN DO THAT. I need to register the game to post. But I cant register the game because the codes have been used.
What do you guys expect new customers to do?? EA live support was honestly the most useless customer support Ive ever experienced anywhere.
Right now I have paid for useless keys that dont work and no one at EA/Origin or Bioware has given me any indication that they give a stuff.
Worst first impression EVER.
How can I post about issues with registration If I need to register to post???

Agreed, i want to change my name, there is no way to do that, the email us link doesnt redirect when u try to log in and the ea support is useless, and theres no account info so im stuck with this name that i didnt enter.....all my stuffs linked to it to
