 I have the N7 collector's edition and have activated my online pass. I have also registered it on the BSN but still cant see it in my registered content. Also on the top at GAME--->Mass effect 3----->soundtrack 
it says that i do not own the N7 collector's edition so can't download it what should i do

Contact ea support on https://help.ea.com/ login with your bioware/ea origin account and then select the web chat option. Explain to the person that is assigned to help you that you have the CE and you cant download the soundtrack even if you have already used the code on your console.
This is what worked for a lot of people here, myself included.

Yeah I am having the same problem. I was hoping it would be fixed by now but I suppose I'll just have to bother somebody to fix it for me. Just have to wait about an hour unfortunately.

Everyone I've talked to on web chat has been completely worthless, saying that they "can't find my information." Even though I clearly have a bioware/EA account, a PSN ID, and ME3 CE..

Same problem. I've spoken to 2 reps, one via chat and one on the phone.

The one on chat simply told me to follow the directions on the web site. I told him I'd done that. He said he was sure it would work, wished me a nice day, and closed the chat session.

The rep on the phone sent me a new code. Since my other code had already been used on the PS3, and allowed me to download all the other DLC, the PS3 rejected the code and said it was invalid.

Not sure what to do now except keep calling until someone at Bioware acknowledges the issue and takes steps to fix it. An acknowledgement in this forum would be great.

I just got done with my Live Chat session. The rep manually put the soundtrack on my account. Even though the additional content I received isn't showing up under "registered game content", at least the soundtrack is now there and I am downloading it as I type this.

That is what I'll do then. I start up a chat since I sent an e-mail yesterday and go the automated response that someone will respond soon. It seems that it is faster to do live chat then email. I seem to have gotten everything else from my N7 Collector's Ed but the soundtrack.

I was told the same thing.  Rep even asked for my code and said it was invalid (possibly cause I already used it or he didn't realize it was a PS3 code)
 Trying email now.  Hopefully we can get this fixed.

 I gave up and found a torrent. It shouldn't be this hard to get the CE bonus stuff.

I just hope the N7 CE bonuses (weapons/armors etc) and M55 Argus etc et still works fully in the game without it showing up under Entitlement on the Bioware SocialNetwork site.

so far all the weapons/armor work in game even if they don't show up in your registered content (including the Kingdom of Amalur bonus items)
