I'm just now getting a handle on the toolset, but one of the first things I really aimed to do was create one of my major characters to use in future cutscenes and such. I needed to put a Elf Female custom head morph on the body of a Succubus creature, basically.
I thought it would be simple, but when I went to add the morph in the New Creature window, this happened: i39.tinypic.com/28kh4wo.jpg
I did some digging on the Toolset forums, and saw a few people mention you could re-scale morphs and add them to a certain file in order to make them correctly function with certain creature skeletons?
Could anyone elaborate for me, or have any suggestions for a workaround? Thank you so much!

There aren't really any workarounds that I know of besides busting out your 3dsMax and doing some head model/skeleton shifting. There is also the problem with the necks aligning properly.
It can be done, its just not simple. You'd almost be better off extracting the succubus head and importing it into Zbrush or Mudbox and reworking it there... that way all your skeletal nodes will still be intact. Perhaps someone else knows of a tutorial for doing this better?

Is there a way to extract the succubus head morph file? I originally was going to do that, but found no way to.
EDIT: There were two possible ways I was thinking to do it.
1. Re-scaling the elf morph head in order to suit the succubus body, which would probably cause animation issues and etc.
2. Finding a way to edit the succubus morph head, which seems pretty impossible. I don't think you can get that file from anywhere, unless there's an easy way to export it directly from the toolset. (And if so, someone please elaborate)
My best bet is going to end up being re-scaling the head to suit the succubus body, which I wouldn't know where to start or what programs need to be used for that. My experience with 3d-modeling is amateur, at best. I was hoping this would be a simple task, but if someone is willing to point me in the right direction of what tools I need, I can probably find my way from there.

Creatures (like the Succubus) don't use morphs. Only the humanoid races - Elves, Humans, Dwarves, Qunari.
The only option to do what you want is essentially what Cuv suggested. Convert the Elf morph to a mesh, then scale to fit. Have a look at this thread for some tips on the procedures involved - http:/social.bioware.com/forum/1/topic/72/index/8086102/2
Alternatively, you may be better off scaling the Succubus body to fit the Elf rig, as I'm not sure whether or not it has its own custom rig (and animations) to include the tail. Then you could just set it up as clothes/armour and stick with the Elf head as a morph.

Thank you so much Darth, I really really appreciate the help! I'll definitely look into the guide you showed me in the next few days and try that out.
I'll update this when I make some headway, or whenever I probably mess something up haha.
