To sum up:
- While 'ready' in MP I clicked on the Store. Game launched before store loaded. I had 0 medigel, thermal packs, missiles and shield rechargers. Game ends, I head to the equipment page, and my entire stash is gone, including all ammo, weapon and armour buffs. Weapons and upgrade mods appear fine, as do my character's levels. Still... I had purchased 5 Spectre packs with BioWare points (read: Money) and while it's nice I still have my Widow, the vast majority of equipment from these packs are gone.
- After the above incident I went in again, and was disconnected the second I killed the last enemy in wave 10. We were all disconnected I assume (only 1 other person in there is a friend), meaning that we also lost our completion money for a silver run... guess I won't be using THOSE credits to restore what I lost :/
- Decided to play single player to get over the aggravation... plus I still need to beat SP... I'm using MP as my "break" lol. Anyways, I've been getting messages all day about losing connection to the Mass Effect servers. In SP this means I get a popup and I keep playing. In MP though, it means that in the last little bit I tried playing a few matches and can't even get past wave 5 before disconnecting. Again... guess I won't be using credits or experience from any completed missions /sigh
So... guessing the 2nd issue is server load related.. I'm not pleased but I'll get over it. It IS launch week after all. But I paid money for my BioWare points, and while I did retain my weapons from my packs, I did lose all my consumables. I would very much appreciate them returned (if you gents have server logs to determine what I had), or failing that be credited back my BioWare points so I could rebuy my packs. After all, I also lost the items from all my Veteran and Recruit packs I purchased as well (though those were purchased with credits earned in game... so my time.)

So I just lost all my non-starter characters. I still have my levels, but I'm all human. On top of that, I just completed a Bronze mission and when I went into the Store my credits were reduced from the 18 thousand-ish I had, to the 850 I had BEFORE completing the mission. On top of that, the two levels I gained (level 12 from level 10) on my soldier were also lost. So... I was reset to the state I was in prior to even playing this morning.
So... all my kits were taken away from me, all my non-starting characters removed, and now I can't even get credited for the missions I'm completing at this point because entering the store resets me all over again... You're damaging my calm.
