Can't load an older save or I'll lose hours. Is there some kind of fast travel or console command I can use you brute force myself through what I imagine is an invisible barrier??

Having the same issue myself with my favorite career! No "Command NPCs" trick to use here. And I'm slowly getting sick of hearing Joker saying "commander"...

I would prefer some form of console command to put me in the captain's cabin or something. Just a personal request, otherwise taking any and all suggestions.

I had that issue as well. Had to revert to a previous save.

Samesies. Talk about game breaking glitch. Not even a console command to help us PC players out?

Guess my ME3 time is done.

EDIT: I was stuck on the bridge with EDI and Joker. I managed to get unstuck by making a new save (Don't overwrite one) and loading that save. When you load start hitting one of the keys preemptively before it fully loads. For me, I hit the 'S' key and when the game loaded up my Shepard was turning around and running before he had a chance to get "re-stuck". Not sure if it only worked for me on blind luck or if it works for everyone

Quick save - quick load does not fix this like it does for most similar issues...

Thankfully, I've developed the habit of saving regularly due to glitches in ME3 and am generally losing only 10-20mins of game play... Starting to disappoint me just how buggy it is compared to ME1 & 2 and other Bioware titles...

Hell, Star Wars didn't have as many 'game breaking' bugs, and it's a damned MMO!

I just used Biotic Rush on Harbinger's Loins. That always frees me from the invisible Mass Effect cores floating around the game.

Had this problem as well, was stuck for days, then tried :wizard:"Load, move 1/16 step away from Joker & median (about a 45 angle),quicksave" and repeated about 10 times till I was far enough away from Joker to walk again.

Has happened again in my second play through, anytime I talk to Joker while standing behind him (So stand behind EDI when talking to either, she's better lookin).

2 months later and this is still an issue, just happened to me. PC digital download, first play through, first time in the cockpit with EDI. WTB hotfix.

EDIT: alt tabbed back and noticed shep moved briefly. Tabbed out and back in while spamming movement buttons, and she's free!

Basically you have to do what everyone here has tried to get free...its a long process but you have a higher chance of freeing yourself.

Basically move your mouse or Pad in all directions and press every button available.
Alt tab out of the game or do a quick save while trying to move, or do a regular save...either way.

Then repeat the process, maybe save and leave the game, and retry till the game moves you out of the area.

That or what i used to do with 18 Wheels of Steel, edit the save file for the coordinates of your character and change it by 1 degree. Depends, i have not tried this in Mass Effect. But it has to be possible, else how would the game remember where you left of? So alright just keep trying.
