Was From Ashes supposed to be in my Collector's Case?

I've been following this list here: help.ea.com/article/which-code-do-i-use and it also doesn't appear in my registered game content here at Bioware?

EDIT: I did get my N7 Warfare Gear code though from the guy at the EB Games here. Though it's already been redeemed, but that's another story.

Or is it part of the "N7 Collector's Edition Materials" on Origin? I've looked all over the box for the code, but I'm only seeing my Activation Code.
Please don't be offended... I'm going to be very verbose to make sure we're talking about the same thing.
The steelbook case should have two pieces of paper and two DVD discs mounted in a tray.
The first piece of paper is color, with "ACTIVATE YOUR COLLECTOR'S EDITION CONTENT" in orange on the front side and "ACCESS YOUR BONUS ARMOR AND WEAPON" on the back side. The back side is an advertising blurb about free ME3 DLC from trying the Kingdoms of Amalur demo.
The front side should be text on top of a painting of earth with attacking ships, etc. on fire as they enter atmosphere. In the middle of this page should be a white box with a black triangle to the left... that area should contain a 16 character code showing as 4 groups of 4 alphanumeric characters.
That is the code that you would redeem in the Origin client in order to get the From Ashes DLC, using the process that you had already performed when you redeemed the Alienware freebie Indra sniper rifle DLC (as suggested by your screenshot in a later post).
Should you complete this step successfully, then within the Origin client while looking at your list of games, if you again click the "i" link on the ME3 icon you should see *at least* the following list underneath "ADD-ONS AND BONUSES":
From Ashes
Mass Effect 3 Soundtrack
N7 Collector's Edition Materials
N7 Warfare Gear
From your screenshot, we see evidence that you successfully used the code from the back page of the other piece of paper (black and white) that you used to activate the actual game. Looks like you just need to redeem the other code from within the Origin client interface.
Please let us know if you already tried to do that.
P.S. Thank you for posting your screenshot... I had no idea that the Alienware Indra Sniper Rifle even existed... I just finished grabbing a code for it. I appreciate it, thanks again!

Was for Deus Ex if I remember, cause it was shipped with a competitors flyer inside the case and they blatantly opened it to remove it.

GameStop which is basically EB Games, have been known to reseal copies.

What is not shown is the ''install information'' white paper thingy that is in the CE tin and the CE bonus items pamphlet which obvious has my code written on it. The bottom left item is from the second CE on the bottom right - im not sure what is going on with that. My EB Games AU CE was NOT shrink wrap sealed and held a totally different CE code pamphlet to the Game AU CE copy which WAS shrink wrapped.

My North American version of the ME3 CE was also not shrink-wrapped. But the outer sleeve was sealed on both sides with large circular seals, almost 3 inches in diameter each. I ordered my copy direct from Electronic Arts.
I know someone who ordered the CE from Amazon / USA and it showed up in the same state.... two large seals, and no shrink wrap of any kind.
@Bryuu - I hope EA helps you out... manufacturing mistakes like this really suck because you have to prove you aren't distorting the truth.

* ME3 must be installed on the default directory (any other would pop up "not enough space") - Origin = Stupid
* The CE Content at the back of the Reckoning card must be entered on Origin.
* The N7 Warfare pack code was emailed to me and then entered here on social.bioware
Still trying to activate online profiles (It just keeps asking my password) IF anyone can help out on this it would be much appreciated

Thanks! I have everything DABhand said on to my message, but EA is taking awhile to respond.
I'll let you guys know how it goes for people in the same situation.
