Yeah, I'd say, Destroy Tech ending is depressing, because it has Shep basically committing mass genocide of every known species, since the destruction of tech would mean the death of anybody on a spacefaring vehicle.
And that's supposed to be some kind of victory? Mass genocide?
Destroy only destroys synthetic tech. regular tech is fine. The Geth, EDI, both wiped out with the Reapers. But regular ships and whatnot are fine.
