Same problem as others, second terminal is bugged that is on docks holding area, displays location on map but doesn't highlight it at any visible terminal

You are fine at that point.
Just go to the Refugee area, and it will be a terminal on your left as soon as you enter, still within the security checkpoint.

Terrible, couldn't use any of the terminals. I won't be doing this quest anymore since I finished the game already but for the love of god, fix this. So annoying, Kasumi is one of my favorite characters

same issue with 2nd terminal. continued playin through the campaign and now that quest shows in my journal as grayed out, as if it had been completed. PLEASE fix this, i really enjoyed the Kasumi addon in ME2.

First terminal is in embassies, the rest of them are in the refugee area, if the first one bugs, then reload, after it works head down to the refugee area in the docks for the next ones, its one right by the entrance, then one at the far end, then entrance, then after that back up to embassies.

I've clicked on the first terminal with no problem, however the conversation was interrupted after I also clicked on the Volus NPC nearby. The quest then ceased to continue. I am too far into the game (about 6 hours past it) to load a previous save now.

I'm having the same problem. I cleared my system cache thinking it would help but it didn't. Please fix this. I'm not that far in the game yet but I don't want to continue if I can't complete this quest. I also do not feel like starting over.

It's ruining the game for me aswell since I don't want to continue with the main story in case this mission disappears or fails due to time limit. I want every opertunity to gain war assets and I'm pretty sure Hanar/Spectre or whatever assets you get from this will be extremely helpful to the war effort.

2nd terminal is bugged for me (Xbox 360). I step out of the elevator and I can see the terminal but the marker is actually behind the terminal through the glass window on the door. Fix this Bioware!

I had to skip this mission because the 1st terminal wouldn't work for me. It's a shame 'cause I really liked Kasumi.

I've posted on the Mass Effect 3 twitter and they have just replied saying the development team is looking into it...so frustrating that the quest is bugged and I don't want to progress in case i go past a certain point that renders the quest unfinishable.

Just want to say that it's bugged for me as well. I never left the Citadel after the 1st terminal, but I couldn't find the 2nd one and when I found it in the refugee area, I couldn't access it. I travelled around on the Citadel a lot though, doing all sorts of other quests. Hope this gets fixed.

The terminal (Docks Holding Area) is bugged for me too, its listed on the map but there isn't any way to interact with it (no circle on it)
