There seems to be a lack of conditional flags regarding follower conversations.
Both in chatter and triggered conversations subjects/events come up that have not yet happened.

This also applies to romances, leading o some really strange siituations. Such as being stuck with one choice no matter what you do, or accused of doing something you have never done.
