I pre-ordered the standard physical copy of Mass Effect 3 for PC but for some reason whenever i try to redeem the code for the N7 pre-order bonus it tells me its an invalid code and that it has been used already.

I've checked the "registered game content"  on my profile and i assume like any dlc or bonus it should list it there if i've unlocked or redeemed the code, which it isn't there and the code continues to say that it is invalid.

Any help please?
