About every five minutes or so while on mission the game will crash when I open my power/weapon menu. It's getting really annoying. Anyone else having this problem or know a solution?
My PC:
Intel Core i7 - 2670QM CPU @ 2.20 Ghz
8 GB RAM
2 GB Radeon HD 7690m XT Video Card
Windows 7 64-Bit
Game frequently crashes when opening power menu (L Shift)

I got the same problem, only the crashes come even more frequent.
I'm playing on a i5-2500k HD3000 and Windows 7 64 bit. The game runs smooth otherwise. I tried about every setting, lowered resolution, window mode, turned off AA etc and antivir.

I also have the same problem.
Lenovo ThinkPad W520
Intel i7-2860QM
8 GB RAM
NVIDIA Quadro 2000M
Windows 7 64-bit
The game only partially crashes with the Windows crash dialog appearing (see below). Afterwards, the screen is black and I still have the Mass Effect mouse cursor. I have to open the Task Manager to get rid of MassEffect3.exe.
I tried this approach from the EA site but it makes no difference.

I also uninstalled the application and downloaded and installed it via Origin. That didn't make any difference, either. I have an autosave from trying to disarm the bomb on Tuchanka and it gets stuck and then crashed as soon as I press the left shift key.
Looking more carefully at the crash, igdumd32.dll belongs to the Intel Graphics Accelerator. I have NVIDIA Optimus graphics. However, I specitied in my NVIDIA 3D settings that masseffect3.exe should use the High-performance NVIDIA processor. I don't know how the Intel graphics driver gets involved.
Changing my BIOS settings from "NVIDIA Optimus" to "Discrete Graphics" appears to have fixed the problem. I hope that a patch will provide a better solution because this will reduce battery life when I'm not playing games.

Mine is also crashing while in combat when I bring up the power menu. It also seems to like to crash when I press escape. It has done the half-crash thing once, but generally just brings up the windows dialogues, then crashes to the desktop. I have completed once play through, and there were no problems. Then I took a break from three while I went through one and two with another character and....crash. I've tried everything I can think of short of a reinstall (which is happening now). If that doesn't work (and based on what I am seeing, it won't), I'll look at the BIOS settings. My system is:
Win7 64 bit, i7, Radeon HD6770m, HP pavilion dv6, 8gig ram.
