I'm 100% sure Dr. Chakwas survived my ME2 playthrough. I actually just completed it the other day. Grunt escorted her safely back to the Normandy.

So why haven't I seen her in Mass Effect 3?

I'm half way done with the game and I never encountered her one time. She's supposed to be at Huerta but she was not for me. I haven't even heard her name mentioned by anyone. It's really weird.


Is anyone else experiencing this? Did I possibly miss my chance to meet her?

Maybe you missed her. I dunno. I picked her up immedialy after arriving at the Citadel the first time, as I visited Ashley/Kaiden prior to going to Udina's office. 

She disappeared for one brief part of the story after she re-joined the Normandy (Turian/Krogan/Moridin Genophage Cure sort of took over the medical bay and the good Dr. vanished for a while), otherwise she was there the entire game.

I don't get it. I recruited Allers fine but Chakwas was nowhere to be seen. I actually have just realized now that I haven't seen her yet.

This sucks. I don't feel like doing a whole new Mass Effect 2 playthrough to fix this bug so I may be never experience this part of the game.

Off the top of my head, she initiates one very minor sidequest that can be completed in about 20 seconds just by talking to someone on the Citadel. You have a very truncated drink with her relative to the drink you had in ME 2. Otherwise, she plays no real part in the story, so you don't miss much.

No kidding. I forgot about that until I saw this thread... Damn brewski.

She's missing for me too. Never got to see her after Ashley got injured in the beginning of the game, and I saved everyone in ME2 and had complete loyalty.

This must be a glitch. My Med bay room on the Normady is empty.

Also I don't get why they have the Lounge room if Kasumi is not going to occupy it.

This game needs a serious DLC to fix the many holes in this game. It feels like Bioware rushed it.

I'm also missing Kasumi, Matriarch Aethyta, The Salarian Spectre, and just about every other side quest person.


Sigh.

We know where to find them but they are bugged from our import.

Get a damn clue.

Chakwas is missing from my game too. I ran around that med center on several occasions and never found her. She was definitely saved from ME2.
