So I just finished the SP and I have to say I'm dissappointed. Honestly the ending just didn't feel right to the series. I mean I worked so hard to get so many races together but at the end of the day it just gives me an unsatisfying ending. The ending should have embodied all that was Mass Effect. Your choices should have influenced the battle more. Much like ME2 in the Collector base different scenes should have appeared for whatever races you collected. The ground forces didn't do too much either. Now onto the endings themselves. When I first saw it I didn't know what to think and honestly I still don't. It just feels like a sub par ending to a spectacular game. I think the creators tried too hard for an emotional appeal and to the idea of sacrifice to create an ending that was Mass Effect. Yes the ending did solve the Reaper problem and did have a change on the galaxy but to be honst it just didn't make sense. It just wasn't enough to give me satisfaction. Now on other portions of the game I'm very happy for refund guy and I do love the role of Conrad and the asari writings of ME1. I would have to say the game was a 10/10 until the ending so I give this game a sad 5/10 in my book.
